Pleased with the remodel of our 70's kitchen. Jimmy was very detailed in his work. He and all of the other workers were very professional. Jimmy kept us informed of the process and made sure that we knew who would be coming and what work they would be doing. A big transformation with the new layout. I really love my backsplash and countertops.

We are simply thrilled with our new kitchen. Gone are the contractor grade cabinets, dark countertops, dated appliances and minimal backsplash. The pictures speak for themselves. Our primary contact was Chris, who managed to hang all of the new cabinets and complete the finished carpentry by himself. Chris is a very talented finished carpenter and was very responsive to all of our questions and issues. Cabinets and countertops were finished within 10 calendar days. Plumbing and gas stove was promptly installed by Ron. The backsplash by Patrick is simply beautiful. Oh, and jimmy, who helped with the demo and installed our new bath floor over dated white tile . Everyone was wonderful to work with, and the negative reviews I have read about this company are anomalies - nothing more. I would not hesitate to hire these craftsman again.

Kitchen Express in Greensboro NC did an outstanding job of updating and bringing our old kitchen back to life. The quartz counters, backsplash, and beautiful cabinets are amazing! I had a great experience with Kitchen Express in March 2025. The design process was great. And the actually work was on schedule and not nearly as disruptive as I thought it would be. The contractor, Jimmy, was very professional and kept me up to date on the schedule. I got new counters, backsplash and cabinets and I'm still very happy with the results 6 months later.

This project came about unexpectedly after a dishwasher leak caused severe damage to our floors and cabinets. Update (7 months later): We are still extremely pleased. I’ve been impressed with the level of follow-up this Kitchen Express has shown. During a quick check-in call, Jay jumped on a few small items I wasn’t even worried about. Within three days, everything was taken care of. Chris, our installer, came back out to handle the minor issues and even took time to do a few more quality control checks.

Our kitchen transformation was truly impressive. The entire Kitchen Express experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. The design process was professional and approachable, and the transition from demolition to installation was seamless and efficient.

Chris, our project manager, kept us well informed throughout the process, clearly communicating each phase of the installation and what to expect next. We always knew the timeline and felt confident in how the project was progressing. The Koehler brothers have built a fantastic team, and it shows in every detail.
