Did not complete work. Did not show up when they said they would multiple times. I understand there were mechanical issues with a truck, but in a business, you have to be prepared to get the job done in a timely manner. We gave 2 weeks and the job still wasn’t completed after multiple promises saying he would be there the next day.

This review goes out to Gray. He showed up precisely when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. Friendly, reliable and punctual. I would recommend this company needing any trees trimmed or cut down. He does it all, Jack of all trades master of SOME! Dude is legit. Call them for your Boro tree/stump needs.

Fredy and team made such a good job at our home, they were tidy and clean leaving everything in great condition, also they are fully insured and price was very reasonable.

These guys really did a great job for a reasonable price. The tree in my back yard looks great! I was pleasantly surprised that they left my deck and my yard cleaner than before they came! They chopped up branches that had already fallen and hauled that off as well which was a big plus. I will definitely use this company again whenever the need arises.

Jay and his team did an excellent job removing a tree that had been struck by lighting for us. Since his first removal on our property we have used him for several other jobs and we have not once been disappointed with his work. Always on time, professional, and does each job with precision and care.

First, let me say when I contacted JD tree and spoke with Jay he was professional and courteous. He indicated that he would be out at a certain time that afternoon and was true to his word: on time! He walked the property with me as we discussed several options for four good size trees that needed removal and options for those that needed trimming. What I appreciated most was that Jay listened to my concerns and goals! He didn't do a hard pressing sales pitch - he saw I had a situation and needed solutions - which he and his team met with flying colors! Everything Jay promised he delivered... and more. His team was excellent and conscientious as well. They cleaned up each night and worked diligently all day. I could not have asked for a better experience! Jay will be back on my property to take care of additional 'concerns' I have with other trees. Again, highly recommended! Thank you to Jay, Billy and the rest of the guys! Nice work~!

Jay as well as Billy and the rest of the crew were extremely polite, professional, and worked hard to clear a couple of fallen trees as well as brush piles that I'd accumulated over ten years. Their communications skills were impeccable and I was consulted at every step, so never felt like I was in the ark about what was going on. Jay had personally come out to make the estimate, which price was very good, and managed to schedule the work the very next morning! I highly recommend Jay and JD TREE, LLC for your needs.

Jay Davis and his crew from JD Tree took a 70 foot oak tree off the side and roof of my house. They evaluated the pressure of each of the multiple contact points and very carefully removed the tree without further damage. They had the equipment, the experience and the manpower to see that the job was completed safely. Before they left Jay and I looked at the house and my yard. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them for their competent, professional approach for any tree service needs.

We had five trees that needed removed. Some were hanging over our garage and a couple were in our fence line. Over the years we have worked with many companies but this one is Amazing. Very skilled professional and respectful of us and our property. We did not even have to be home and felt very confident in these young men. Jay Davis from JD Tree came out and removed multiple trees from our yard. Jay was very professional, honest, and had the best prices around (trust me, I got over 10 quotes from local tree removal businesses and he was the best BY FAR)! He is licensed and insured AND provides his workers with workers comp (all things you should check before hiring someone to do this type of work).
They were such a pleasure to work with so I wanted to share my experience with anyone who may be interested in getting this type of work done. Other neighbors of mine have also used JD Tree and had a great experience. 🌳

Jay was professional and thorough. His knowledge of the tree type and how to trim that was best for the tree and the client was amazing. His team worked together beautifully to get a great job done. If I had not seen the wonderful openness the trimming provided, I would never have known they had been there. The cleanup was perfection. Javier and his crew were incredible! They were able to come to our house within a couple of days and showed up on time. Our two trees are right next to our house and surrounded by power lines so it was a difficult job. They were amazing and did such an excellent job. They were very reasonably priced. They left our yard cleaner than they arrived too. They deserve 10 stars!
