They did a great job taking down the trees. It was fascinating to watch. They also did a great job damaging our fence and gutters by allowing a crane to drop a tree which landed on our house. A crane that was not supposed to be used, that was not listed in the work order and that crane also cracked our concrete driveway into pieces. After a several conversation’s with the owner of the company, by phone, email and text message we were promised multiple times that we would be reimbursed for the damages. Now after 3 months they have not sent the promised reimbursement and are no longer responding to our questions about the status of the reimbursement. No response is a response. Their carelessness has cost us a lot of money in repairs to the damage they caused and for them to say multiple times that they would reimburse us for the damages and then never send the reimbursement is a complete lack of customer service and unfortunately causes us to believe they do not care about their customers after they have been paid. We immediately paid them for their services the day they were completed, however now after promising to reimburse us for the damages, they still have not paid us in 3 months. Definitely not the definition of customer service..

This is the only tree service in the triad I will use. Bill was outstanding with managing expectations and giving advice on the scope of work I needed done. His crew was professional and hard working. Overall, far exceeded expectations.

We had two trees hanging over our house, one of them was very, very large. While Bill's was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, they did have the equipment to do it properly and safely. They came when the said, they did the job quickly, and didn't leave a trace that they were ever on the property. No limbs, twigs, sawdust, or gouges. We were VERY impressed and I would highly recommend them.

I had both of Bill's crews at my home to do trimming and removal of some very large trees. Both crews were very professional and do their jobs in a safe manner. They are experts at their job. You can probably hire someone cheaper but if you want a reliable and knowledgeable company that always shows up on time and does a great job and leaves your property clean, give them a call. Also, Bill will advise you if he thinks a tree does not have to be taken down.

We had a huge residential job that required both tree removal and trimming. This is a tremendously PROFESSIONAL group! Both Bill and Will are Certified Arborists with an Excellent and "Consistent" Knowledgeable Team! They utilize modern equipment and are trustworthy, respectful professionals! You should not hesitate. We will never use anyone else!

This was our third or fourth time using Bill's Tree Service. We had a difficult and dangerous 125 year old red oak dyeing right behind our house and leaning over the grand children's bedroom. This called for professional attention. After calling and scheduling a quotation visit, Bill himself came out to look at the job. Prompt and professional and a few questions later, he said we will get a quote right out to you. A day later the quotation was delivered by email. A second call to their office and the work was scheduled around our busy calendar. On the day of service and promptly at the agreed to time, the crew of five arrived at our house with clean dress, modern efficient equipment and reviewed the situation before they began. They were well supervised, stayed on task, kept the job site clean and tidy during every step, all with safety in mind. After completion we were courteously asked if everything was satisfactory and once again they cleaned over the yard to leave no mess behind. We would highly recommend (and only use) the big white trucks with the name “Bill's Tree Service” on the side.

Bill’s Tree Service does an excellent job on tree removals and trimming! It means a lot that both Bill and Will are certified arborists, with years of tree knowledge. They have the equipment to make large jobs seem easier, and definitely safer - even in difficult to reach spaces. Employees are polite and respectful of property. Great job on clean ups. Highly recommend Bill’s, and won’t hesitate to call them again for our future tree needs.

We had five tall trees and they took them all down in one day. They hauled all the wood away + another tree that was already cut down. They did so good! Very professional. Highly recommend!

Horrible service! They broke my internet (i work from home!), repeatedly crushed a stacked slate wall and destroyed an antique bench and birdhouse by dropping a way too tall section of tree on it. They should really know better.
I paid for the work done so far and sent them packing. They won’t be welcomed back here.

Quick response time for estimate. Work scheduled within a couple days of quote. Showed up on time. Did not damage property. Have used services twice. First time 100' tree removed. 2nd time 10 trees removed and had trim work done on two large trees with structures below. Very satisfied with work done both times. Very professional. Would recommend using this company.

Very responsive - we called on Saturday, had an estimate on Sunday and they started work on Monday. I highly recommend this company. We had 21 large trees trimmed and pruned in a weeks time! They have the best equipment and cleanup crew around.

These guys are the best! You can not find anyone who will do a better job. They are masterfully skilled at cutting down trees! But it doesn't stop there...they haul everything away and clean the work area as though you would never know they were there! I have had them fell trees for me twice now and would not even consider calling anyone else but them. Friendly, courteous, quality work. Look no further because these guys are the best.
