TJ went above and beyond in providing information about the prevention of rodents, insects and termites. He was very polite and respectful by wearing shoe covers. He was cheerful and enthusiastic to learn about our concerns!! Please only send him out!

Taylor came to complete our regular pest control maintenance. He did a thorough job inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and also identified some potential issues with termites stemming from a neighbor’s tree. I’ve been with go forth for over a year and I’m extremely satisfied with their services.

I had service set up at an address that I moved from like 4 months ago and while they were servicing the address I never really seen any results and Im like 800$ into this . So I tried to cancel my service and they told me that I was in a contract for 12 months and have to keep paying for services that I don’t need till April (99$ a month). After someone just came out and told me I’ve never signed a contract. And then proceeded to ask me to sign something on his phone. This place is just no good for business at all…

Super helpful, super professional, and I haven’t felt a single bite while standing in the yard or in my campers since he left. I’ve been battling the state of this house along with mites and fleas for a yr. Mites more so than anything. I’m allergic to them. My hair was falling out, I gave up and made plans to move my campers and go home. I wish I had called you guys a yr ago. I’m glad they finally let me get professional help for the house and property. Now I can move on and know they’ll be at least healthier than they were when I showed up to tackle this house and property. It’s been a yr of hell and I finally get to move my campers to our property in Georgia. Thank you so much guys!

Im arguably Go Forths Biggest fan! Today I was serviced by 3 young men, one of which was his first day and they were all beyond pleasant (as always). I even have my parents in Wilmington now using Go Forths local services there! Needless to say if you have pest problems, THESE ARE THE GUYS TO GET THE JOB DONE!!!

Really great working with me! Seemed like with work I was always rescheduling. Very patience , friendly, and kind service. Found out they can treat if you are not home which is great for a work life like mine!

Britt service tech called prior to service to let me know approximately when he would arrive. Upon arrival he asked me if there were any questions or concerns regarding treatment. I requested all in doors entrances, kitchen, living room and laundry areas. Also house exterior doors. Britt did a great job and he was very thorough and took no time to get everything done. Thank again for great twirl.

Met one of the techs when he was spraying my boyfriend’s house. We were told all additional services were included. The tech then talked me into starting service at my residence and told me there was NO CONTRACT! Just a start up fee and then pay monthly. I called to cancel today because I’m very unimpressed with the service. I’ve seen bugs everywhere including inside. I asked for an extra spray for spiders and the tech would only spray 2 rooms because it was “extra”. Then they didn’t even schedule my quarterly service, I had to call and schedule myself. And turns out I’m in a contract and they want a cancellation fee…

Edit: Go forth sent out a technician to spray for an additional service. Brian was very helpful and did an excellent job in my space and was very professional. An excellent technician.
