good service. marcus was very professional and polite . they did increase the price after seeing the furniture, i am not sure the reason was justified .. anyway sofa looks clean so i am fine.
update: i was not very satisfied with the cleaning so they sent the same person back and he cleaned the arms of sofa again .. happily . thanks for that . upgrading to 5 stars 😊

Nick was very professional in his approach. He explained all the details of cleaning the carpets. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and my two dogs absolutely enjoyed his company as well.

The tech Evan was good; polite and fast. My issue is that the technique used to clean the carpet is quite unimpressive. I had a deep clean and yet I can still dirty areas and the odor is still IN the carpet. I'm not very pleased.

Tony was excellent! He was professional, educated us on carpet care, and carried conversation with us. However, what really stood out to me the most was it was pouring rain while he was here. He made a huge effort to put rags under his feet while walking in and out of the house to not track anything in. I thought that was so respectful and kind of him.

Jacob was super friendly and most importantly did an excellent job at a great rate! Saved me some money and got the job done! What more can you ask for?! 10/10 Recommend!
