The technician was polite and explained everything. We were surprised at the price, when it was so much more than the advertised $99 For three rooms, and we paid $180 for only one room! We understand the addition of stain removal chemical, but the price seemed excessive. However, we went ahead and had the cleaning done. Hoping for the best.

When we scheduled the appointment, we were told it would be a three step process – vacuum, clean with solutions, then extraction. It was only spraying with chemicals, and then using a circular scrubbing machine. No extraction.

The carpet was actually still damp after 12 hours! So I laid a white towel on the carpet and stepped on it a few places. When I turned the white towel over, it was covered with brown smudges - showing dirt in the carpet! I’m not happy with this at all. Hi, called the company and they sent out another tech, who used a circular scrubber again. We’ll see…

Absolutely outstanding! So polite and was focused and determined to do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He explained our options and was thorough and answered all our questions. The carpets look so much better and I will definitely keep your company in mind should I need to have them professionally cleaned again. Thank you, Taylor!!

Technician did his part and was polite and easy to deal with. The company will quote you a price to get your business and then when they arrive you will be told the cost is 4 times the quoted “ basic “ service. The basic service doesn’t get carpets clean so you “ have to “ upgrade to get carpets cleaned. Unfortunately some of the higher traffic areas once dry are showing the same color as before the cleaning. Get all info and check around before hiring a company to raise prices on you after quoting you a price to get their foot in the door… literally!

The absolute worst carpet cleaning I have ever had. Technician drove up in a beater car. He was very nice but my carpet smells worse than it did before my carpet was cleaned. There was really no equipment. Uses a gallon of water???? How do you possibly clean carpet that way? And I paid for the deep clean!

Safe dry carpet cleaning came out with short notice and did an excellent job. Technician was Amir. he was courteous, professional,, And efficient. Overall highly recommend this company.

The technician was very nice. The first time he came it looked pretty good, but noticed after drying there were still a few spots that needed attention. They were polite and scheduled another appointment to get the missed areas free of charge, but I still noticed missed spots after the second visit. I would say the cleaning was decent but could be a little more thorough.

I feel like I lucked up choosing Safe-Dry out of all the options. The carpet at my new rental property was in such bad shape it could have been a deal breaker. But in comes their carpet tech, Jeremiah, who was a game changer. Great job! I’m surprised it came this clean and sanitized. Even smells good. Money well spent. Shout out to Meagan as well and thanks for being such a big help with scheduling.

Amir is a great technician, he catered to all my needs. Explained the process and made it easy for me to understand. Even worked with me on the price as well. He didn't leave until I assured him I was satisfied. I will ask for him again.

I do NOT recommend this business. First of all they rent the equipment. I had my carpets done and the machine they had stopped working and the company tried to tell me it was our outlets not working. Everything else worked when we plugged it in, so it was NOT our outlets. The manager stated that their machines use more electricity and this happens a lot. I stated that it was up to Management to make sure that the technician has the appropriate equipment to do his job and if they use the homeowners power source then they need to make sure it will run off an average homes power source. The company does not take accountability for their faulty equipment and blames the homeowner. The technician was amazing and did his best with what he had to work with. Over all satisfaction is disappointing.

After I resolved a price increase with the company, the technician, Trent Welch did a great job cleaning the carpet.
Price more than doubled my quote but it was quickly resolved.

Excellent, professional carpet cleaning! Mylar did exactly what I asked. My carpet looks great. I will definitely use this service again for other areas in my home.
