They were prompt reliable experts dealing with my water damage and roof problems. I hope I don't need to, but I would use them again.

These guys are crooks. They did nothing to my place for months and charged me for expenses related to them not working on it. The whole time I was asking what was taking so long and they were just lying to me. Eventually they quit, leaving the job unfinished. Don't believe a word any of them say.

I would not recommend this company at all. I had to switch to a different one half way through and they are having to go back and fix what this company didn’t do for a Cat 3 water damage. Also, much of my stuff was additionally damaged by them! Grrr!!!!

Everyone I dealt with from the Estimator to the Production Manager, and
the teams who came to move the furniture, to the installers - all were
professional and did an excellent job. I would call them again if needed.

We had a small water leak that we caught early, but I called these guys to see if they'd check it out just to make sure there was nothing else needed, they came out promptly, were very professional and told me that I'm all good. They did not even charge me for the visit. Next time I have an issue will call them again for sure.

Restoration Experts of NC come out to inspect some efflorescence
in my crawl space that popped up on an inspection report. They inspected the crawl and were completely honest and transparent, telling me I didn't need any repair work and explain gin what the efflorescence was (salt). They recommended a few small tweaks to increase air flow and minimize water vapor. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks!

We had Restoration Experts of NC come out to look at some possible mold in our home. Although we didn't end up having to use them for work, they were thorough in checking our home to make sure we didn't have any issues. I would definitely use them for future needs!

The team did a good job and provided a solid value in helping us recover from a pipe break that caused us to replace part of the left side of the outside of our house. In addition, they were able to make some upgrades and improvement ...and did a very nice job. I would hire them again.

We had an unfortunate incident with a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. I called Restoration Experts and they helped tremendously with advising how to proceed. The work was done so well you can’t tell there was damage done. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

Dale & his team were great! Came in same night as our water overflow incident and saved us from mold issues and further damage, couldn't be more grateful. Also they were so kind and patient in answering all our questions. They came every day to check how the fans/ drying progress was going, and even texted ahead of time to make sure we were home . It's the little things like that that really make a difference :) Thank you guys so much!

I'm in the process of selling my home while working with a relocation company. The home inspector found a small area of suspected mold so I called Restoration Experts to come out and remediate the spot as required by the relocation company. Dale came out but believed that the spot was a stain and not a true mold growth. He told me he wouldn't feel right charging me for remediation and instead told me a cleaner to buy and spray on the spot to cover my bases. He also wrote a note detailing his findings to the relocation company for me. Dale went above and beyond for me.

This is an honest company. I had a water leak issue and called Restoration Experts for a free estimate. They sent out Dale and Connor. They checked my floor and the crawl space and concluded that I could take care of this on my own with a fan and I shouldn't spend any money to have someone else dry the floor. I hope I never really need them, but if I do have another water issue they will be my first call.

I have used Restoration Experts on a number of jobs. I have my own Real Estate firm and I count on Restoration Experts of NC to give me 110% each time I do business with them, as they too are a reflection upon me and my customers. I have always had great service and a complete understanding of each job that was taking place. They are very knowledgeable and have earned my trust through each service they have provided.
