Shane worked effectively with my insurance company, providing thorough, well documented estimates for the full breadth of services required to completely restore water damaged areas in my home. The Project Manager, Andrew, clearly communicated and expertly negotiated schedules throughout the process to ensure that my expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Work crews performed thorough, meticulous work on time and within budget to mitigate water/mold damage, replace my entire roof, and paint walls and ceilings in several downstairs rooms as well as half the garage. Managers, supervisors and work crew members were efficient, professional, polite and responsive to requests, such as moving large furniture items, etc. On site supervisors identified materials inconsistent with bid specifications and arranged for replacement with upgraded shingles prior to beginning work.

My new roof is gorgeous; the indoor and garage paint jobs make the rooms look almost brand new. My neighbors have requested referral information so they can contact Restoration Experts to do their roofs. I will definitely use this company again for future work in my own home.

This is extremely honest company. I needed help with a mold issue in a bathroom that didn't have correct ventilation. They came out the same day to give me a quote and I was not charged for an estimate. When there was a portion of the job that the company didn't specialize in Dale recommend a general contractor so I wouldn't be upcharged. I found this honesty very refreshing and unlike some more profit-based businesses. Thank you Dale!

Unfortunately, we've experienced two water damage incidents in the past three years—but fortunately, both times we had the incredible team at Restoration Experts by our side. The guys did a great job helping me with a potential mold issue in my guest bathroom. The provided fast response, showed up on time and and helped me figure out how to do it myself. Highly recommend.

I was fed up with the mold in our bathroom that kept coming back. We tried a few different things to get rid of the mold, but nothing seemed to work. I called and set up an inspection, bracing myself for a pushy salesperson that would pressure us into services we didn’t actually need. Instead, we met Dale, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and transparent about what our options were. He gave great advice that helped us stay on budget. I’m definitely keeping his business card in case his services are needed in the future!

Brent and his team are super responsive and professional. In very good hands for when the unexpected happens. They make the insurance claim process easy as well.

Recently under new management, their customer service is top notch and running on all cylinders. As an insurance agent, I can highly recommend this company to clients knowing they will be taken care of from start to finish. They are a honest professional team for all your restoration needs.

We experienced water damage. The Water Mitigation Manager (Dale) was absolutely superb! He communicated clearly the scope of work to be done, was very prompt and professional. Unfortunately, we had three different repair project managers with no updates, calls or any communication. I do not recommend this company.

Had an appointment for yesterday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe I had the wrong day in mind. When I texted the number that had contacted me, I was met with confusion as to who was contacting them. Then I was told that they mowed my lawn, yet noone tried to collect their payment. Then I was told that the address was not correct, in realitythe address they gave me doesn't even exist. All the while I was treated as if I was in the wrong. Do not trust this company.

Thomas had one person on his team who did a beautiful job on the lawn. He ended up quitting and the yard was serviced 2 more times by Thomas himself. The first time was not bad and then came out the true color. He kept saying that he had to get the yard "under control." I had put in new Fesuce sod, thousands of dollars of grass. It is a cool season grass, so it was growing dark green, full and lush. I wanted bi-weekly service for budget and sensitivity to a commercial mower riding over it. Thomas disagreed with that, saying the yard was wet and out of control. I then agreed for weekly mowing. Unfortunately, he came and mowed the grass to 1 inch of life and in some spots killed it (dirt is showing). He texted me saying he mowed it 3x on the same service and it was now "under control." I came home from work and cried. I am pursuing legal reparations for what was willful propety damage. I am certain Thomas will respond to this and try to discredit what I am saying and refuse accountability. It ultimately will be your risk, however I assure you that I would not bother with this warning if it was not valid. I actually trusted him. His truest nature does not show until it is too late. If his previous employee could do my yard, I would hire him in a second. I wish I knew who it was. I hope this helps prevent further customers being blamed, shamed, and ultimately dealing with irreparable damage. Happy to offer before and after photos if it helps in your decision making.

When we moved to Holly Springs, I knew very little about the area and we were in need of a lawn specialist. The backyard was overgrown and in need of care. After researching numerous options, we decided to go with Thomas Babb. His team came to the rescue and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. We were very pleased with the work they did!

Thomas Babb Lawn Care has done an excellent job of taking care of our yard over the past year. He is professional and courteous. He not only mows but also edges, trims, kills weeds and installs mulch. All for a reasonable price!
