Outstanding service! We had a tree come down after a storm, within four hours of us calling -- the tree was cleared, along with a couple trees from our front yard. From initial phone call, to evaluation, to the job and cleanup -- less than four hours at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend and we will be using again. Thanks so much!!

Master Tree Service was timely, professional, and efficient. Within a week of calling, I had the trees I've been worried about for years down. They did all the hauling and grinding of the stumps and roots for me.

We’ve worked with a few different cleaning companies at our medical office over the years, and most of them followed the same pattern.

Things would be good in the beginning, but after a while communication got inconsistent, little details started slipping, and eventually we found ourselves constantly having to point things out or follow up.

Working with Mike and his team has honestly been a completely different experience.

We had Patrick and him team do repairs on our chimney. We started with external repairs and we are going to have him come back for fireplace work. Patrick is very knowledgeable. He has great follow up and his pricing is reasonable. We are very happy with his work. Highly recommend!

Nexus and Patrick were great to work with! We had a problem with a leaky chimney/mantelpiece due to water penetration through the bricks and cracks in the top, as well as a too-small cap. We got quotes from four different chimney companies, and due to the sharp angle of the roof and height of the chimney these were not cheap - but Nexus gave us the best price and confidence in their approach. They put every part of the service (powerwash, waterproofing, custom cap, corbeling, crown repair) as line items with details, in writing, and explained it all to us with photographs. The work was completed in a day (except for a complimentary removal of an old satellite dish that they came back to do). So far it has held up through 1 heavy rain storm, so we are hopeful that the summer storm season will go well. Definitely recommend them - and Patrick was so nice!

We returned to our Chapel Hill home Tuesday night exhausted after working hard for 7 hours rehabbing a 1860 log cabin. As I walked through the house, I heard one of my cats crying out and thought he was on the roof - as he had just learned to do! Sadly as I walked to the front door, I realized that his cries were not coming from above but from the top of wood stove fireplace insert - inside the fireplace. My husband climbed on the roof, lowered a towel and tried to coax the cat to climb out of the chimney - to no avail. We hardly slept Tuesday night. Wednesday morning we agreed that we needed professional help to extract him. I started calling chimney sweep vendors with no luck talking to anyone until I dialed Nexus and found Adam! After I explained our situation, he talked to the owner who found a stopping spot on his job, packed up tools, and arrived two hours after I called. For the next 90 minutes, we watched the Nexus workers carefully cut out our 30 year old Black Bart wood stove. All of a sudden, one of the shouted to stop cutting metal and called me over to show me one paw on top of the old unit. With care, we coaxed Bolo out of the fireplace and into a cat cage. On Nexus advice that the cat had inhaled toxic fumes for the past hour, I drove Bolo to an emergency surgical vet immediately rather than try to give him a shower. And the cost for the extraction was very reasonable. Trust Nexus with your needs as I did mine!

I called nexus after another chimney service was unable to get my gas fireplace working in my new house after 3 hours. Jason from Nexus was able to get me up and running in about 15mins. Incredible service and very knowledgeable technician. I can't recommend these guys enough. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Nexus did a fantastic job replacing a rusted, flimsy 24-gauge chimney chase cover with a custom-manufactured, 18 gauge cover that looks great and will probably outlast the house. We appreciated their timely appointment, quick estimate, fair pricing, and even beating their scheduled installation date by a few days.

This crew is professional and easy to have around while completing the work. They keep thorough documentation of the quality, I trust that they care abotu quality.

Very professional and courteous staff. The communication was top notch which is so rare these days. I understood they were booked out as people want to get their chimneys clean to have fires in the winter months, so It was refreshing when they attempted to fit me in to a cancelation spot.

We wanted to make sure our fireplace and chimney was safe to use as it hadn't been used in years.
