Excellent to work with and incredibly friendly service! They cleaned and sealed our brick, repaired the cap, and added a beautiful decorative top. Highly recommend — these guys are the best around!

The team was polite and professional. They even called ahead to let us know they would be delayed due to traffic, which we really appreciated. They took the time to explain everything clearly and showed pictures of the work. They completed waterproofing, repaired the corbeling crown, chimney sweep, and replaced the flue cap. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

We called Nexus Chimney when our home inspector showed us drone photos that our chimney cap was damaged, rusting all over and allowing water to leak down the pipe into the fireplace. Nexus Chimney came out and assessed our situation at no charge and provided a fair estimate. We hired them to replace our chimney chase cover and cap to keep the water out and we now know stainless steel is just a better product to weather the elements. We even had them paint the rust stained siding boards since the previous owners had leftovers in the garage. The repair crew didn't hesitate and everything turned out better than we expected!

I can't say enough about Patrick and his crew. They were professional, courteous, communication was excellent and they did a great job on the installation of a wood stove in our home. The quality of work was top-notch you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing from the beginning of the quote to the end of the install. I would highly recommend.

After months of searching for someone to remove 2 chimney stacks off our 2 story, 120 year old farmhouse, Nexus agreed to the job and got us scheduled quickly. We are so impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. Patrick and his team went above and beyond to make sure our property was protected from falling bricks and even stacked the bricks we told them they could leave behind.
We are so thankful they made the haul up to Oxford to accommodate us before having our roof replaced and highly recommend for any chimney demolition!

Nexus was professional, thorough, and timely from start to finish. At the initial inspection of our chimney, we were given a full set of options with absolutely no pressure on what to accept, and we were told how long it would take to fabricate the new chimney cap. When the chimney cap was received, Nexus called to schedule the installation with a specific date and time, and we received an email two days before installation to confirm the appointment. On the day of installation, Nexus arrived on time and completed the entire job in just two hours with no disruption to our daily routine and with no clean-up required on our part. Nexus even cleaned out one of our gutters that needed it. Very pleased.

The crew from Nexus did a fantastic job. They were very professional and really went above and beyond. The chimney looks brand new, is clean, and has an attractive cap so that we can finally avoid having birds nest in there each year. I would strongly recommend.

I had someone to take measurements and give a quote to have a new fireplace installed. That was months ago and I haven't heard a peep back since. I called and the person I spoke with told me they'd get my message to the owner and have him call ASAP. That was weeks ago...still no response. I would expect some sort of follow up, even if it was to say you couldn't do the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

I limit the number of reviews I do. This review is one that I am willing to take the time to do.
1.) They answer their phones and emails in a prompt and timely manner.
2.) They do what they say and say what they do. No surprises or gotchas.
3.) They do not charge for a quote. Other's I received quotes from wanted to charge to come out they apply the quote fee to the fill. Not Nexus, just straight up fair service.
4.) Workmanship is excellent, pricing is fair and reasonable, and they show up on time.

Patrick and a coworker came over on time and did an outstanding job. They explained everything, showed photos of the work, and if something he quoted was not used he removed that material from the quote. Very honest. We love the work completed and we highly recommend them.

We used Nexus Chimney to replace our aging chimney cap. From the initial quote to the work being completed, Patrick was incredibly helpful and professional. He helped us to diagnose the issue we were having, and was very thorough in explaining exactly what was happening and what work he would do fix it.
