New to Garner and getting my dryer vent cleaned out was on the To-Do list. Fresh Air Home Solutions was able to work me in quickly and Sam was friendly, did a thorough job and was very respectful of my property.

Sam did a great job cleaning out all the lint from our dryer duct. We are in Chapel Hill so they come out to our area as well. No wonder it took so long to dry our clothes, even with a brand new dryer. FYI, if you’re getting the d80 code on your dryer, that means your duct is 80% blocked. I always thought it was just an error code saying I needed to clean the lint filter. Just learned something new today. Thanks Sam!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. First, they shared a reminder that it was time to get my vent cleaned (thank you). Second, the receptionist was friendly and scheduled a timely appointment. Then, they were on time and communicated every step of the way. Finally, I am pleased with the outcome! They are good with Groupon Coupon but haven’t cleaned the dryer for 10ft. There is always a hidden services on top of Groupon coupon that we buy. It doesn’t make sense when some coupon is partially covering your home. How ever I end up paying $200 more on top of Groupon coupon for my home entire duct cleaning. Groupon just covers only 1 main and 1 return but I have 4 mains and 3 returns so for the additional 3 mains and 2 returns that is not covered under Groupon they charged me additional $200 which was a surprise got to know after staring the service.

On initial greet the worker was friendly. Then they tried to charge 1,000% the cost of the Groupon to “fully” clean the vents. Tone changed immediately and he only spoke again when he wanted us to sign paperwork saying he did the job. $300? Really? It’s an apartment. It’s not a big place. Did not take him longer than 25-30 minutes from setup to leaving. Unsure if he actually did the job or if he just pretended to since I didn’t pay his $300 bribe err sorry, upcharge. This is the undeniable problem with businesses that use Groupons: You never quite know if you paid for the full service until someone seems to be conning you into waaaay overspending. Avoid at all costs.
