For the first time, I contacted Ideal Heating & Cooling, and they sent a technician (Nick) the same day, even during peak winter season. Nick is very knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, clearly explained the next steps, and suggested a cost-effective solution. I highly recommend Ideal Heating & Cooling to anyone experiencing heating system issues.

Toby (if I'm spelling it right) was great. Super-nice, told me everything he'd done, put up with my crazed beast of a dog....*and* very nicely agreed to toss down everything I had stored up in the attic (where the furnace is) because I refuse to climb that creepy ladder any more.

Angelo provided courteous, professional & great service. He even found a problem that I was unaware of with my well pump and notified me of before it could become an even bigger problem. I’m so thankful that he did. I highly recommend Ideal services for your heating & cooling needs.

I am an existing customer with a contract. My downstairs zone was running auxiliary heat excessively, and my upstairs zone was not running auxiliary heat. I kept getting alerts and emails regarding how long my auxiliary heat was running downstairs. Brandon called and helped me adjust my thermostats appropriately so that auxiliary heat would run below zero instead of below 35°. I had contacted the main office and within three hours Brandon had resolved my issue. Super happy with ideal.😎

We are new to the area and needed routine HVAC service. We also needed 3 updated Google Nests to be installed. They were able to schedule our service within a few days. Nick came out and completed the job. He explained everything thoroughly and included pictures and videos of all areas of concern. Later in the evening he was available via text and phone to help my husband program the thermostats. I highly recommend this company.

Blake did an amazing job. He was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. He was knowledgeable when discussing our Heat Pump and Air Conditioning and had no problem answering our questions. I would highly recommend Blake. Thank you Blake, for a job well done.

My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Didn't think I could get same day service but I did. The repair person was polite, professional, and respectful. (All of those characteristics are very important to me.) He was able to take care of my problem on the same day. When he was done, he explained my problem to my satisfaction, provided pictures to illustrate his findings, and complete, written diagnosis. Repair person was very knowledgeable

Very friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. While the team was reviewing the system they addressed minor airflow issues and caught a separate home issue that was impacting our electrical bill. Follow up write up was insightful and detailed to help us on our home maintenance. All interactions with the team have been great!

Had our second yearly check and very happy again with service and also the office team! Took my scheduling reminder off my to do list when they called me first. Flexible and courteous with my time and pet needs in the home. (the cat likes to climb the attic ladder). Thank you! We signed up for another year of continued service.

I have a membership/subscription with Ideal Services and it has been worth its weight in gold. Any time I've had an issue with my unit, from me contacting them to the HVAC Professional leaving my house they have been prompt, courteous, professional, and fair in all they do. I'd recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC serviced.

Good service, technician was amazing. Seem to push a maintenance policy pretty hard. The service is overpriced at $525/ hour. Would give 5 stars for the tech, 1 star for the company.

Had some maintenance and diagnostic work done by Nick, probably the only person I want to work with going forward as he is just fantastic to deal with. Never feels like he is taking advantage of my ignorance. Would recommend Ideal for hvac maintenance and repair.

We had to get a new HVAC, and the entire team from the maintenance tech to the sales rep to the install crew were excellent! Particularly the install crew was great! They arrived right on time and got the work done quickly and cleanly. Would definitely recommend!

Nick did an assessment of our HVAC systems. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the problems we are experiencing using photos and descriptions. Service tech 'J' did a full check of our A/C system complete with photo's and comments. This is the second service appt check at our home ( the first was a gas furnace check ) and we feel that Ideal Svc's techs are experienced and well trained.

Called Ideal because my heat went out and my home warranty company couldn't get someone out for a week. I called at 2:30. Technician was at the house at 3:45. Nick, our tech, was incredibly kind, polite, explained exactly what was going on, gave us prices, and was in and out, done with the repair in under an hour and a half. Will use this company again due to Nick being so professional and personable!

From deciding on which new HVAC system to have installed to the actual installation was a very positive experience. Jordan was polite and professional and genuinely concerned that we got the correct HVAC that addressed our concerns. Our installers were also professional- very friendly and they arrived early each day of install (we bought two units). They made sure our home was left clean from the path they needed to take from outside to our attic; as well as the installation of the AC outside. The TRANE 17XL is so quiet! And we really like how it runs on multiple stages. We really are impressed and would definitely recommend that HVAC system. We look forward to being comfortable in our home all year long!

Just had my first service for Spring preparation and warming temperatures. Angelos was very thorough and provided plenty of updates as he preformed his service inspections on both units. Both units worked great through the winter and with everything checking out with no issues, I don’t expect anything less in the spring and summer. I really loved the 2-stage heating the units operated on in the winter and they are so quiet!!! I do feel we benefited in overall heating cost savings this past winter because of how efficiently these units operated.

Nick serviced our ac unit today as a Maintance contract. Super professional and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade. Nick communicated any issues in a manner that made it understandable. Definitely held his service to a new standard.
