Ideal services has been excellent since the beginning, and all follow up activities since! I needed a new system in December and they were excellent in pricing out and installing it. At the 6 month PM, Nick (awesome guy with a great attitude who explains everything, supported with pictures) found a manufacturers defect in my new system. Ideal Services found a potential problem during system maintenance that could have lead to a furnace breakdown. They pointed it out and made the repair keeping us warm all winter. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Services were excellent, however the maintenance agreement added the word no expiration down in the bottom but the beginning said will be billed in 12 monthly payments. So in May 2025, they just continued to bill. In addition, services previously provided were suddenly no longer able to be done due to licensing issues. No longer comfortable with this company.

Nick was our technician. Nick was very detailed and thorough. He did a great job explaining what was causing our issues and the various alternatives for repair and replacement, allowing us to make an informed decision. My plan is to continue doing business with Ideal!!

Nick and Tyler from IDEAL came out to do two system maintenance on our Train HVAC units. Nick was a strong communicator and they were thorough and efficient during their inspection. Nick opted to replace a functioning capacitor trending low and also inspected the duct work from the 1st floor gas pack into the crawl space. Excellent work. The guy's were fully stocked and replaced all 6 cold air return filters. This has not always been the case in the past.

We wanted a quote on a new unit, we were able to obtain when a quote when representative came out. It was a pure waste our time. We were told the owner of the company was out.

Received a call and the representative clarified what he was trying to do and a quote was sent. Appreciate the follow up.

Technician checked my system then explained to me what he found wrong, he then offered multiple repair or replacement options. Adam came to my home last night to go over the repair proposal and cost. Very professional as are all his coworkers. 5/15/25 maintenance service preformed by Melvin was good, it is nice when quality personal do their job well.12/10/25 winter maintenance today, young man new to the company arrived on schedule. Very professional, checked the equipment and took readings. Another job well done ! Thank you and happy holidays to all at IDEAL.

I’m going to be honest. I think they are crooks. They came out and repaired our system. They charged us double what 4 other hvac places told us they should have charged. Of course, they offered to refund the cost of some of the repair if we replaced the unit with them. And then quoted us double and triple what everyone else quoted us for a new unit. I thought we had used them in the past and they were good. I don’t know if it’s new ownership but I would avoid this company.

We had our first heating system check up service with Ideal today, and our experience was a 5 Star experience. Our service tech was experienced, professional, thorough, and polite. He was a blessing. Thank you Ideal.

Nick came out this morning to do the Summer Maintenance to our HVAC system. Ideal Services replaced the old original system a few years back, and we have continue to use them for the winner and summer maintenance of our system. It has been working great, and Nick like all the other people at Ideal, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. A+ Top Marks 5 Stars

Blake came for my yearly HVAC check up and possible maintenance. I had questions for him about a whole house humidifier, which he took the time after the HVAC check, to not only answer my questions, but explain which of the 3 kinds I might need for the result I wanted. My maintenance visit was covered by the plan I had purchased through them when I bought the house. I had them come to do some updating and to look over the house in case I missed anything. They were great then and now.
