He promptly service the units, didn't leave a mess from the attic unit and followed up with my questions regarding a plumbing quote. Thanks for your service!

Everything went so well. We recently had converted our gas range stove to an electric stove which is not a simple project, particularly with the positioning of our electrical panel. But from start to finish the team at Alexander Services was accommodating, friendly, flexible and thorough. They provided us with an affordable option and quality work. Robert was an outstanding technician, courteous, personable and generous with information. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent professionals from the scheduler to the technician (John)! Fair and reasonable pricing too. Our A/C stopped working on a 95-degree Saturday afternoon. Alexander’s was available & fixed the problem the next day. We were so impressed with John’s service and knowledge that we signed up for their twice-annual maintenance contract. We are so glad we made the switch to Alexander Services! They have been there for us when we needed them- for routine service and for our first “emergency” (aka AC went out). Turns out our AC is fine as we have had them help us maintain it, but we were able to determine it was likely the energy company shutting the grid down during the hottest part of the day. David was our tech today and he was beyond amazing. Explained everything to us clearly, was patient while I asked him so many questions, and gave us some recommendations for the future of our unit. He even reminded us that Alexander Services is there for us for plumbing and electric, which we forgot, as we do have an electrical need. David is awesome, incredibly knowledgeable and honest- he didn’t try to over sell us. We trust Alexander Services and have been happy with each and every interaction we’ve had. Also the nice lady that scheduled the call- she was so helpful getting us an appointment at the last minute. We appreciate you!!

We recently had to have a new HVAC unit installed and we were very happy with Alexander Services. They were very informative and patient with our questions. Our installers, Jayson, Mauricio, and Rob were all phenomenal with the install. Our unit is in the attic with a narrow opening, which made for a challenging installation. They worked for almost 11 hours to ensure our units were up and running. They were also very polite and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Alexander Services!

Meet Charles today for my Spring tune-up. He was very courteous and explained everything to me. Nice guy!

Technician came over my house to diagnose a mini-split air conditioning that did not provide any more cooling or heating. They found a leak at the valve core and low on R32 refrigerant due to the leak. The technician could not fix the issue because did not have the proper tools to replace the valve core, also had no R32 refrigerant with him. I was charge for a diagnose but they could get the issue fixed.

From my morning call to the office because I had no heat, to the same-day excellent, professional and friendly service provided by technician Edward Collins, I continue to be very happy to have Alexander as my HVAC service provider.

Needed service to figure out why our system was not blowing heat. Jason came to the rescue and had us up and running in no time. Alexander has great service and Jason is their best technician.

We have used Alexander for years to maintain our systems, so we also decided to go with them to replace our old builder installed HVAC. Jayson and Connor were extremely polite and friendly, worked diligently all day, respected our home by wearing shoe covers, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and patiently showed me how to use the new thermostat. Definitely appreciated it all and would highly recommend!

I made an appointment to have complementary estimates on installation of Ev outlet. Now they bill me $144 of trip charge.
Do not use them.
I would put zero but there is no zero star.
Then how is complementary estimation become trip charge?? I try to call and no one answered the calls and your tech showed up 20 min late.
Like I said how is complementary estimate becomes trip charge ?? So, what you are telling me I should have your tech do the estimate and waste 1.5 to 2 hours and then tell them I will think about it ?
I was trying save your tech a time by let them no I do not need estimates.
Next time I will use 2 hours of your tech time to say I will think about it..

I had a great experience with the quote and install for my EV Charger. The electrician arrived within the time frame I agreed to, and they went above and beyond making sure I had all the data I needed to make the best choice for myself. The electrician, Rob, just finished the install today. The install looks great and was exactly what I had requested. Rob made sure I was aware of the rebates I could get back for the install and assured me the company would provide the required information and details as soon as the inspection has passed.

Charles was incredibly helpful and fixed our HVAC unit quickly, and just in time for the heat! I appreciate the thoroughness and him communicating to me the issues and how he fixed them.

Charles was efficient and exceptionally professional in the two visits he made. His experience was obvious and the rest of the team matched his professionalism. The required part was ordered, received and installed within two days.

Arrived on time with foot covers ready to protect flooring. Informed of cost and process of repair (cut out portion of drywall to access plumbing) prior to job. Anna removed smallest portion of drywall necessary keeping removed portion intact so I could use it later to repair wall. Replacement of outdoor spigot was completed in 1.5 hrs. Can’t find anything to complain about. Best home repair experience in past 20 years. 5 ⭐️ service well deserved!
