Spangler Restoration was my worst experience as a homeowner and I regret ever doing business with them. I hired Spangler Restoration in June of 2018 for fire damage repairs to my destroyed garage and other areas of the home through my insurance company recommendation. It’s been a constant uphill battle from the start of construction to this point. I spend several months going back and forth on the work that needed to be done during construction. I would literally have days where I would give my project manager directions on the work that needed to be done, he would agree and proceed to do the exact opposite of what was agree upon. This lasted all the way up to March of 2019 with issues still unresolved, mind you that the project was supposed to be finished in September of 2018. I finally had to terminate their services to do any future work due to quality of workmanship, lack of understanding on the work that needed to be done, and timeframe for the completion of the project. As of right now I'm having issues with the settlement and getting credited back money owed on issues Spangler Restoration agree to credited me for. From personal experience I would advise you to review Spangler Restoration thoroughly before hiring them to do anything.

When the property that I manage had a pipe burst back in January, we called Spangler. They immediately came out and began water extraction. Our account manager, Kelly, even came out and helped to reassure the effected residents. Spangler was there for us every step of the way and Kelly even bought lunch for my entire staff the day after "The Flood". This was a very kind gesture that definitely helped relieve some of the stress. If I needed anything, all I had to do was call Kelly and I knew it would be taken care of. I highly recommend Spangler!

Our dishwasher leaked and caused our floor to buckle so we had a new floor installed. Isaiah and his team coordinated the work so that it was the least intrusive for us. All of their subcontractors were very professional. There were a lot of logistics and it all worked out perfectly. 10/10. We would definitely have them complete work for us again.

Spangler Restoration was able to meet with me the day of the fire to help me assess the damage in order to even know if I should file a claim with my insurance company. Once we determined what needed to be done, they helped me through the process of getting everything into my insurance company so that my claim was addressed as quickly as possible. Their work crews did an excellent job of cleaning up the smoke and soot damage, cleaning out the HVAC system, repainting everything in the house, and cleaning the flooring. We were very impressed with the work done!

We have worked with Spangler Restoration on several projects at our community. They have always been very professional and attentive to our needs. Our clubhouse had a major pipe burst this past year and they work diligently on getting our clubhouse put back together very quickly. Kelly has been great to work with and helped us organize a fantastic resident event with the local Fire Department at our community.

I had a great experience using Spangler to restore a kitchen fire at the apartment community I manage. They came out quickly to take a look at the damage and estimate the repairs. They also made it very easy for me by working with my existing supplier to get the materials and took very little time to complete the project once the materials arrived. We completed the walk-thru together and I was very happy with the process. They came in lower than other companies I priced out as well.

We are pleased we chose Spangler to restore our home after our fire. My very first phone call was returned promptly, and our initial appointment was set up for a short time later, and Brandon, the Program Manager, arrived on time for this appointment. He spent a lot of time with us, and he inspired confidence from the very beginning. Nate was our Project Manager, and he was very responsive and accessible, had all the right answers, and was great to work with. He worked directly with our State Farm Claims Handler to make things go relatively seamlessly. We are pleased with how our home looks now, and we would use Spangler again and recommend this company to our friends.

I didn't get any Restoration services - but I was referred to them mistakenly, and the person who picked up - even though it was After Hours --> took care of me to give me 2 referral to a Plumber and 2 referrals to an HVAC specialists (that they work with). I've been trying to get someone to work on my newly purchased home so I can move in on time, and these referrals mean alot to me!

Even though I'm not a paying customer, they are still showing their true colors by being of service. They must care about the work they do here.

I was introduced to Spangler Restoration late last year at a sister property. In December, I moved to another property and was pleasantly surprised to see Kelly at our office. Kelly planned an amazing lunch and learn for myself and my staff. A few months ago, I needed Spangler to do a project on my property and I emailed Kelly. She was able to get someone out the very next day to give me an estimate. Spangler came in with the best price for the work we needed and completed the job in a timely manner! The work was great too! Spangler offers so much and I will definitely use them in the future!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY USE THEM AS REFERRAL. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY DID NOT FIX MY ISSUED AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS.

Made an appointment and they never came and never called to reschedule. Warranty called and all of sudden they are busy but never communicated that.

He did extra repair work on my dishwasher that my home warranty company wouldn’t cover and was on time and professional. Thank you!!

I am very happy with this company. He returns texts and phone calls and shows up when he says he is going to. Fixes the problem and is very honest.

They collect the $100 diagnostic fee and ask you to order the parts on your own then never call you back. Won’t do business with them again.

The representative was wonderful and quickly fixed my problem. I feel very blessed to have this young man take care of my appliance needs.

If I could take the one star off and leave minus 4 stars ,they crooks came to my house over a month to fix the oven spent 5 minutes got paid and suppose to come back In 10 days with the part ,never came back or called or ansewers calks or massages, stay away .

Non responsive. Zero communication. Took my $100 and never came back nor did he return any vm, texts. Stay away from this company.
