We reached out because our home air conditioning seemed to be creating humidity and because we wanted a checkup. Air Shield came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!!! Super courteous, on time arrival and gave clear, easy to understand recommendations and guidance. We signed up for the whole home air purifier system and UV. Several hours later they were done and we are living happier healthier lives. Maintenance plan offerings are also fantastic.

Technician was very quick to confirm the root cause and to fix the issue with damper(change out part).
Would recommend him for your hvac needs.

Listen, it was straight scary when our HVAC shut down, and right before we went to Chicago for a weekend. It was hard to enjoy myself knowing I was coming back to a hot house and a large repair, but Im so happy we went where we did. Our Facebook groups kept recommending Air Shield since they were local. The crew was incredibly kind and efficient, and held our hands throughout our process of replacing the system. I feel like we got a lot of no-nonsense advice, which I loved--I feel cynical about repairs in general and always feel like Im going to get upsold a bunch, but it wasn't the case. Victor and Joe straight up told me which systems were overkill and we found something that worked for our needs, and the repair was very expedient. They were done three hours before the estimated time and my house is spotless.

To recap: kind, professional, expedient, clean and realistic. Stay local--this is affordable and a great option. :)

Victor is awesome, he arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He provided our options and explained every thing to us, he even answered our additional questions on a Sunday! We definitely would have went forward with a new system with Air Shield Heating & Cooling, however we are tied to our home warranty and have to use their supplier. BTW I don't recommend paying for a HW, total scam! We will definitely use him with future issues as his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism is top notch!

Victor was efficient and hardworking! He was able to schedule a consultation in just a few days and was knowledgeable about our issues. He solved our issue in hours - just in time for 15 degree weather in NC!

We had an issue with our heating and panicked because overnight temps were going to be in the teens. Victor came out so quickly after we called, and this was after calling our typical go-to who couldn't get us in for at least 24 hours. And, the price was great for emergency diagnostic. We will definitely use Air Shield in the future!

We were impressed with Air Shield H&C. They replied to my request via text & phone “quickly” as well as got here not only 1st, but in the window of time that was expected. He was friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable. In fact he found 2 things after fixing my heating issue that no one else had said before! We were impressed! He even listed to my Dad Jokes! I highly recommend Air Shield for their honesty & clear explanation of our HVAC. We signed up for their tube-up plan & look ahead to seeing him & offering a few new dad jokes!

Victor and Air Shield came recommended to me and now I know why. Even during the estimate he took his time walking us through our options, the systems, and what would be best for our home. More detailed and diligent than any other contractor I’ve come into contact with. Victor and his team were wonderful- from putting down drop cloths and shoe protectors to letting me know when they were testing systems and details surrounding them. We did a walk through after installation so that I was able to visualize the work and how to change new filters. He took the time to answer every question I had and didn’t rush me and his team did the same. I would absolutely recommend them.

Victor showed up on time and was professional and obviously is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. Diagnosed my problem and got the issue solved and had me up and running in a short time. Will definitely be calling on him in the future if I have any more problems.

We would highly recommend AIR SHIELD Heating and Cooling. Victor was as professional as can be. Called to let us know he was on his way and when he would arrive. Completed the work on our HVAC unit and answered all our questions about what was wrong and what we could do to prevent it from reoccurring. He even went out of the way to reprogram our thermostat so that the husband would not have to do it. We will give them a 10 out of a 10.

We had a great experience with Victor from Air Shield. Our heat went out overnight before Super Bowl Sunday. Called him when we woke up and he came right out and got it fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. Very professional and great to work with.
