Providence Plumbing is a very small company with one owner and his sister who helps with the business. We had no water for 2 days. I called two other plumbers and the wait was 2-3 days. I called Providence, and they came out the same day between 5-7 pm. He was able to fix the issue and did not pressure us to buy a new heat pump although ours is close to 20 years old. He quoted us a price for a new water heater and said to call him when ours gives out or when we have the money. He also offered financing. He was very polite and friendly. We will definitely contact Providence when we need any plumbing service!

I had an issue with my shower where the water wouldn’t shut off, and I called Providence Plumbing late in the evening. Michael Adams arrived very quickly, which I truly appreciated given the timing.

I’ve had to call several plumbing companies in the past, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Michael was extremely professional, reasonably priced, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was before fixing it.

I will absolutely be calling Providence Plumbing again in the future. I can’t thank Michael enough for his excellent service! He was Five Star!

This was the second time that I used Providence Plumbing and it won’t be my last. Michael did an excellent job installing my new water heater. He was very nice and professional. He was able to get here within a few days and the installation didn’t take long. And Michael cleaned up the bathroom before he left!

Michael and Tyler replaced a 30+ year old water softener with a bigger and better system. They tested my well water and recommended a UV light system. While they were doing the replacement, they noticed a small water leak on my main line coming in. A very helpful find and repair. They were very professional and pleasant to have do the work. I recommend them.

As a delivery person you don't have3 plus hours to wait on being unloaded.

They didn't have what I needed, but associate tried to help me find vendor that carried it..

If you use this company, and plan on leaving your home for more than a day before your delivery date, make sure someone is watching your house for you, aside from the porch pirates. Our $1500 order was left on the wrong date, not our scheduled delivery date, without any communication from the company that they were arriving or that it was delivered, they just left it on our driveway by the garage door. In addition, the sink was damaged when they delivered it, it was obvious from how banged up the box was that it was most likely damaged yet it was left anyway. I called and was told this isn't proper protocol, yet today our replacement kitchen sink was just dropped off at the garage door, again, no communication.

I was looking for a no tank water heater. The guy behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Whatever they are paying him should be doubled.

Edward is a superstar! He went above and beyond tracking down a specific glass shower enclosure I needed and made sure everything was just right. His expertise and dedication made the whole process smooth - highly recommend!

The employees are great and they are so helpful. Plus they have a ton of plumbing products in stock. I love ferguson and shop there almost exclusively.

I am starting a good-sized project and needed quite a bit of material. I walked into the supply counter area, and from the moment I stepped in Eddie J. noticed me and was attentive. Supply counters can be slow, inefficient, and a pain to work with. However such was not the case here. Eddie worked hard to earn my business, lined up the material I needed, and arranged for delivery for when I requested it. Well done Eddie J.

I am not a plumber by trade but I work in the feid of property management. I visited this location for the first time and was help by Caleb. He was very nice and patient helping me find an aerator for a faucet that I was having a hard time finding. Thank you Ferguson!
