Great overall. Called today because I had a leak in my water main, they came out and fixed it all within a few hours and didn't charge an arm and leg.

I recently called Providence Plumbing to have three fifty year old outdoor faucets replaced. They responded very quickly and made an appointment for a consultation visit. Our plumber came on time, and was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After a thorough inspection, photos showed clearly that our crawl space water lines had many pinpoint corrosion areas that could leak at any time. We had already had one leak. We were pleased with the $ cost estimate, and chose to replace all the old copper crawl space lines with new up-to-date materials. The whole job was competed the next day! Michael and his crew were spectacular from start to finish. I have never before experienced a major plumbing problem, and my whole house had to be re-piped. Michael was patient and generous in answering my questions. They were fast and careful during all the work, and cleaned up afterwards like they had never been there. Woke up on Thanksgiving day with no running water while hosting out of town relatives. Michael came out before daylight and was able to determine our well pump needed to be replaced. No pumps available that day but he was able to come out early the next morning and have pump replaced and running water by midday next day. Thanksgiving dinner delayed only by day and just relieved he was able to take care of the issue quickly especially around a holiday. Highly recommend Providence Plumbing.

Tyler and team were incredible to deal with, especially considering I called them at 5:30am on a Saturday with a water leak in my house. Prior toTyler’s arrival I received multiple communications with his ETA to my residence. Tyler was very professional/personable and was able to locate the root cause of the leak and repair it within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Providence Plumbing of the Carolinas.

This company is awesome. Michael knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. He came out to my house after 5pm because I didn’t have any water. He fixed the issues and now I have water again yay! Penelope was great as well with the communication piece! I will most definitely use them again!!

This outfit did a good job. Came out quick. I was having water pressure issues. They tried the cheap way by replacing my pressure switch. Then ultimately had to replace my well pump. Took them about two hours. The last time I had it replaced was by a home warranty company. They took almost all day. They said my pump was underpowered for the size of my house. Go figure. Thanks home warranty company. The communication was as good as it could have been. I have no complaints. I will use them the next time I have an issue. They are new and don’t have a lot of reviews. I never leave reviews unless they are warranted. This is newer small business that did a great job so here I am. They are good to go.
