Very responsive company! We were in dire straits with a leaking hot water heater. Their rep came out to look, scheduled Eric for the work. Eric set up a new heater and walked us through all the components. Set us up with a leak alarm, too. Honest workers and even more honest companies are hard to come by anymore. Ben Franklin…how can you go wrong. They gotta be great!

I’m very pleased with the sewer line repair work, which could have otherwise cost me thousands. I’m glad I reached out to Benjamin Franklin, and especially their contact John Smith, who inspected the issue, suggested solutions, and provided competitive pricing. On the repair day, the team completed the work on time, uncovered an additional issue that Cary city fixed free of charge, and even managed to save one of my trees from being cut down!

There was a bit of miscommunication regarding pricing, but in the end, they offered me the best possible rate—still much lower than what others had quoted.
