Two different companies evaluated my low water pressure Well System. I would highly recommend Beal Well & Pump. My Well Pressure Tank was faltering for about a year. I had been having decreased water pressure and lately it had even been shutting off in the mornings and taking minutes to hours to return pressure. The first company to evaluate my water pressure was Brad with Poseidon Plumbing came out for an estimate and I paid $84 for the trip/diagnose fee (attached). In addition, Brad with Poseidon Plumbing provided an estimate (attached) of $1888 for the exact work that the second company Beal Well and Pump gave me an estimate of $875. After doing research, I felt that $1888 was too high so naturally I went with Beal. Both companies came out quickly and were courteous.
In closing, Daniel and assistant Cameron from Beal Well and Pump did an excellent job replacing my Pressure Tank at a reasonable price. Daniel and assistant Cameron even repaired my broken-down Well House door at no charge without me even having to ask! Also, Daniel helped me replace my water filter and gave me a free evaluation of my home water system. It made my day to encounter conscientious Daniel and assistant Cameron AND save $1000!!! Thanks Daniel and Cameron from Beal.

Came home from vacation, no water available, called Daniel and he had a crew out the same day to check out the issue. After the diagnosis he did an excellent job of explaining what failed, my options and the best way forward. Excellent service thru the entire process, very grateful for the quick response and professional help.

Very thorough analysis and explanations during my inspection in finding the need to upgrade the tank, switch, and motor before a failure. The Beal team was in and out in a couple of hours and the system water pressure has improved significantly.

I had an excellent experience with Daniel Beal and his team at Beal Well and Pump. They came out on short notice and did a fantastic job replacing all components of my well pump system. They also took the time to look into some ongoing water and filtration issues I was having, and their expertise really showed. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and the level of service was top-notch—professional, efficient, and courteous throughout. I highly recommend Beal Well and Pump for anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable well service.

This company did an truly amazing job!! We lost water on a Friday when the well pump failed. We contacted our appliance warranty company (AHS) and they sent a contractor on Monday. They assessed it but said they could not fix a well over 300 ft in depth (ours is 350 ft). They attempted to get another well company but 24 hours later, they were not successful. We asked another company to give an estimate but they wanted $14,000 to fix (new casing, new wires, new pump). Then I found these guys Wednesday and called Daniel about 9:30 AM. He said they could come by after 3 PM and give an estimate. About 2:30 PM, Cameron and Nate showed up and were very professional, skilled, and friendly and were even willing to talk to the AHS authorization office to help me get some reimbursement (for the pump itself). They were able to use the existing piping because we have the flexible long lasting polypropylene pipe. They replaced all the wiring and put in a new 1 HP pump and it was all up and running by 4 PM. The total cost for everything was $4,000. We are very thankful to have running water again! We highly recommend them for any well pump related needs! Outstanding work!!

Had a great experience. The job was done very meticulously . The place was left clean with no dust or debris. Very nice, honest guy with good knowledge about his work. As there are many businesses who offer their services, it’s hard to find the really good one, the one you can trust .. This is the one for plumbing and electrical..Highly recommend !

Our technician Chris was very helpful and informative about what was going on. He went above and beyond to get the repair done and did so in a timely manner. With it being the holiday time it is very appreciated that we were able to get this done reasonably and quickly. I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come and drain my water heater today. Chris was my technician. He called ahead of time and actually was able to come a little early. He was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and was very easy to talk with. He explained everything. He drained the tank (under the house) and checked all the water pressure in the house.
The company offered a great deal ($119), not only for the work they did, but it also included a yearly program if I needed any further plumbing repairs throughout the year for 15% off.
I was very pleased with the company from the original call, set up and work done. I will definitely use them again and will share their information with friends!

I had Benjamin Franklin come out to replace my garbage disposal now. Eric was awesome! He called me before arriving and gave me an ETa. And then was here at the exact time! He took a look and provided me an estimate for the job! After I agreed, he went ahead and competed the job in around 45minutes! The work done was great and the work site was cleaned after the job. Also we tested the new garbage disposal function and for any leaks!
Overall I want to appreciate the professionalism of Benjamin Franklin plumbing be it Channing who took my calls or Eric who did the job! I would recommend them for anyone’s plumbing needs!

He was a very nice man. He was very clean and did a good job. I paid but he did not finish the job and did not have the right parts. You also did not send me a paid receipt, which is not his fault.

We thought we may have had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Rather than charge us to cut through walls and remove fixtures, our tech suspected it was an older leak from the prior resident He recommended that we keep a close eye and he turned out to be right. He could’ve easily charged us and done unnecessary work. I am very grateful I called these guys.

The work that was performed by Christopher Jackson was outstanding. He explained again what was taking place and the new installation of the shower valves and shut off valves was awesome. He was very professional and made sure that everything that was to take place, did take place and that we were satisfied with the installation. I would highly recommend Christopher for any job.
