I recently had them fix a leak underneath my bathroom sink. The tech, Zion, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, bought the necessary parts, and had everything fixed in an hour. Fair price for parts and labor.

Gerardo was excellent. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He replaced the garbage disposal very fast. I would gladly use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!

He did a great job I tagged along with him and if I had any questions he answered them very friendly really great inspection checked all of the sources where the leak could be and he came out and stayed late to fix the leak I give him five stars 👍👍👍👍😁

Fantastic experience with Holly Springs Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. After our old water heater sprung a leak, we chose them based on posted reviews. After sending in a request we received a super fast phone call and a new heater was installed the very next morning. Chris Jackson was outstanding in every way——called in advance, explained everything and answered all questions, and was extremely friendly and professional. We will absolutely use them for plumbing needs in the future, and you should too.

Gerardo and crew were fantastic! They came and put down coverings on the rugs/floors, covered areas around where they worked, fixed our issue, and then cleaned everything up afterwards leaving our place as clean as it was when they arrived. They clearly communicated the situation and were timely and effective in their work. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. In the process of dumping water,I was on the phone speaking with Benjamin Plumbing. We wanted to choose the water heater of our choosing so my wife and I went to the two box stores that night and made purchase. We communicated the purchase with Benjamin and they had us scheduled instantly. Chris Jackson was our tech. He was punctual and very informative. I generally don't write many reviews but this company deserves the accolades. We have plans next year to transform our backyard into an outdoor living space with a kitchen and various water features. We have found the company to not only be the go to for our residential area but we will definetly hire for all of the plumbing needs for that project.

Great service. Our technician Gerardo was on time and even called to let us know when he was 15 minutes from arriving. He immediately knew the problem and fixed the constantly running toilet quickly. Replacing the entire inner workings of the tank, he worked efficiently and neat. I also appreciate he wore shoe covers to protect our flooring and carpets. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing issues.

Amazing experience. They sent a technician out to look at our hot water tank within an hour of us calling. Our hot water tank was replaced the same day. All technicians were kind and professional. They took great care of my house to ensure there was no damage and we are extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Just had Gerardo from BFP back to replace the PRV on my main. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. And, I like the fact that he replaced the gate valves (knob type and cheap builder solution) with proper shut-off valves (lever type). Gate valves wear out, leak, do not completely shut-off, among other issues. Thankful for Gerardo's wisdom and experience to fix the issues.

Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable.
It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it.
The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself.

It was great working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The main water shut off to our house (Holly Springs) started leaking in the middle of the night, I called around midnight, they provided guidance and scheduled Gerardo to come over the next morning. He was very helpful and replaced the issue quickly. Highly recommend, would work with him again!

Great experience again with Ben Franklin Plumbing—this time for a one year check on new water heater then whole house inspection. I was going to contact them to set this up, but they wonderfully contacted me first! This was included as part of their annual service plan, which we are continuing.
Tyler was exceptional, texting in advance and super friendly and comprehensive on site, I had two additional questions on unrelated minor problems and with his expertise, was great at helping us figure out what we needed.
We wouldn’t call anyone other than Ben Franklin for plumbing needs in our 20 year old house.
