After another local company first delayed and then canceled my appointment, I searched around and contacted several local companies to try to get a stove repair done. RTP Easy Fix was the first to respond, so they got the job. The technician came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. I ordered the parts, and, when they arrived, he came back on a Saturday to finish up the work, completing it quickly. He was professional and respectful to both my wife and I, and wore a mask the entire time he was in our home.

I was assigned to RTP Easy Fix through CHOICE warranty. The person has taken $170 for two claims and now not responding to our messages and calls. Please do not pay any money to them. Also, if any insurance providers assign them to your claim request for a change.

Where do I start. I have a home warranty company that covers my house. They attached this company to my work order to do the work. The person comes out to my house. I led him to the washer , he states he there to fix my dryer. I told him it was the washer and even showed the submission form. So, he says he has to get approval to order part, no problem I replied. So how long, about a week. Well after a true week(7days) of waiting and no update, I started to call. When calling it would go to automatic voice mail and text reply that says can't answer phone, but to text you claim number and phone number, then they'll get back with you shortly. Well after 2 weeks of this and no replies, I contacted the home warranty company, and informed them of his practices and told them I will do the job myself and wanted them to re-vet this contractor. My warranty company took care of me, so we are good. But this company got the parts 3 days after they ordered from them ,then the warranty company couldn't get in contact with them. So, if you have a home warranty, be cautious if you see this company show up on your work order. Maybe if it's a non warranty call they might be better.

RTP Easy Fix called me within 2 hours of my claim being submitted to them and scheduled a time for the next morning and was there promptly at 8am. Diagnosed my issue quickly. He ordered the parts and Sears shipped them quickly as well. He came to repair the item on the wall oven as soon as parts were delivered. Excellent Service! I also remember using them for dryer repair a few years ago, also same great service!

Very responsive, professional hvac company. Always looking to do what's right by the customer and not sell something that isn't needed. If you need hvac help, look no further. Give these guys a call!

Tony is one of the greatest guys I've ever worked with. Between the professionalism and his ability to work well with seniors is impressive. As long as it is an option EMCO will be a part of our facility.

Every time I have to call, they are prompt, professional, and have our homes up and running with complete diagnosis, explanations and solutions! From refrigerant top-offs to drain line sump pumps, EMCO does it all and educates me in the process!

Jordan was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do during visit. He replaced air filters as well.

Charles came to do our regular HVAC inspection. He was professional and explained the findings clearly (with pictures).

Communicated well. Friendly. Not techs fault but our 8am appointment shifted to a 130pm appointment gradually.

After our water heater crapped out, Ray quickly came out and was so helpful. He was a high quality professional who worked quickly, efficiently, and kindly. Highly recommend!

Very responsive and great communication. They were out in a few hours of the call to diagnose the issue. Friendly technicians and staff. Jordan was the original tech who diagnosed the problem. Ryan and Rob did the repair. All 3 of them were very knowledgeable and super hard working. The repair was pricey but it was reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Customer rep was outstanding, and the technician they sent, Anthony Martinez and his team mate, both diagnosed the issue very quick, and explained how the capacitator was going bad and needed replacement. They were very profesional and seemed knowledgeable, thank you guys for your services.

Very pleased with the details about the quote to replace my tankless water heater. Where it is now is not within code and therefore has to be moved further away from the gas pipes. The technician, Ray, was very careful to explain everything to me. I appreciated the time he took.

Nico was our diagnostic technician for a A/C unit that would not turn on. Nico and his expertise and service may have been the BEST we have ever received. He talked to us multiple times through the out the process, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it and gave us cost updates throughout his two hour job. Jordan and Anthony came out and were very thorough! Because Jordan double-checked the thermostats before they left, he was able to identify a problem, cleaned out the water line, helped with some good advice and explained the different maintenance plans, and NOW we have our nice, cool air back! Thank you so much, and thanks for scheduling us the very next morning after I called with our problem.

From start to finish, this job is five-star. Our technician Robert Wishart is the best. He is expert, knowledgeable, efficient, on time, and extremely pleasant to work with.
