Chris of Clear Choice is by far the best ever. The equipment is professional and personal service is 5 star. We had a rush job for the siding and he came over so quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning out the very tall wall in 30 minutes. Now our house will be under his care every year. He was very professional and nice to chat with! I found Clear Choice through a standard Internet search for a company that could clean gutters and solar panels and do power washing. We are very happy with our choice to use Clear Choice to pressure wash our house. Our house looks great and he not only got our house clean but there was stubborn black mildew on our screened porch we needed removed so we can paint and not only did he get it off, almost looks like painting is not needed. Would use him again without hesitation.

I live in California and have a rental in Holly Springs so you can imagine relying on tenants to communicate when things need to be taken care of is challenging.
My tree guy told me the house needed to get power washed so I did what most do and started the process of Google search.
I found Chris' company and gave a call, with fingers crossed.
He was responsive and very kind and was able to schedule me at my tenant's convenience.
As you can see from the photos, it needed some TLC, and Chris provided that brilliantly.
He communicated with me every step of the way, start to finish.
I will absolutely use his service again.

Just had Chris here to clean our gutters. Very personable and professional young man who is a firefighter that also has his own business. He will provide a quote and if he deems the job less, will charge you honestly the cost for your particular gutters. I felt his cost was quite fair, he cleaned up nicely afterward, provided before and after pics while answering any questions we had before leaving. We highly recommend his services and will hire him for future jobs.

We found a gem in Clear Choice! Chris had easily the most reasonable rate out of nine power washers I contacted, He was easy to communicate with and even cleaned our house while it was raining and freezing cold just to help us make a deadline for a birthday party. He didn’t hassle and he didn’t tack on extra fees for some of the extra things I asked for. The house looks amazing – we had not had a power wash in three years and it looked like it! He went out of his way to protect areas that needed protection – even working around a little bird nest in our entryway that we wanted to keep. We’ll definitely be repeat customers for years to come – no need to look for any other power washer again!
