We were very pleased with the work that Window Genie did to clean out our gutters. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and then did it. I felt they were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again whether it be to clean out our gutters or to clean the windows.

Window Genie of Southwest Raleigh did a fabulous job of cleaning all of the windows in my home, inside and outside, including skylights. They were very helpful in accommodating my schedule, showed up on time, and were most courteous. I highly recommend them for your window cleaning needs.

I recently had Window Genie over to clean my windows, my appointment was between 2-4pm, a technician by the name of Ken showed up promptly at 2:07pm, set up his ladders outside then started with the interior and then moved to the exterior without any issues, he was done in a few hrs which was great. Honestly I didn't even know he was here since I work from home, he did a fantastic job, very efficiant. Highly recommend them.

I’ve used this company before and was very impressed so I didn’t hesitate to call them again, for our new home. We have 30 windows on a 2-story 3664 sq ft home in Cary! Mike Boone, owner, was able to quote us over the phone and schedule our services quickly! He sent Ken to do our inside and outside window cleaning and our home’s power washing. Ken DID AN AMAZING JOB! He arrived on time, walked the property with me, and began working immediately. Our windows look amazing and the power washing removed the beginnings of black mold on our white trim and siding. As required, we pulled all our blinds up prior to his appt. and pulled furniture away from the windows. To my happy surprise, Ken lowered the blinds after cleaning and returned our furniture to the original locations! Ken was friendly, extremely polite, timely and totally professional! We had a very poor experience with Window Genie. We were left with streaking windows that were blamed on a recent salt water pool we put in. The owner actually said 'we didn't understand' things that were explained to us. Completely insulting. Look elsewhere for windows, gutters and lighting.

We had to reschedule because of rain. Vernon came out on a Saturday morning and worked all day by himself. It was a long long day, but when he was finished, those windows were spotless inside and out. Did I mention I have like 100 windows? He didn’t complain and he had a great attitude and he got the job done flawlessly. Kudos to Vernon!!!

Vernon performed a low pressure wash of our house this past week and it looks amazing. We skipped last years wash, so the house (back porch in particular) needed a good cleaning and boy can you tell the difference. Vernon was extremely professional and provided great communication from beginning to end of the service. Would highly recommend.

These folks are fantastic. I've been using Window Genie to clean my windows - inside and out - for several years now, and they have always done an efficient and fantastic job! If you don't like climbing ladders (or have gotten too old to do so safely, as I have), give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

Window Genie called us, schedule the time when they would be out there, and came out, but it was raining. Understandably, they told me they couldn’t clean the gutters while it was raining. They came out again the very next day when it was sunny, cleaned the gutters and did an excellent job! I will definitely be using them again!

Miguel from Window Genie washed 20 of my windows and screens yesterday. At first, I wasn’t going to do the screens but I kept thinking that if I didn’t do it later on, I might regret it and now I’m so very glad that I did. Miguel identified a couple windows Where the seal was broken and let me know that two of the screens had inadvertently been put on backwards. Who knew? He was polite, friendly, communicative, and like having a friend come over and wash your windows! I will definitely call them again the next time. You should too - LOL!

What an awesome job. Miguel, Vernon and James did a fantastic job. They spent the entire day, washing house, cleaning washing does inside and out, cleaning the driveway and the walkways. Could not have been more amazed at the through cleaning. Will use them again.
