Technician did a thorough and careful job. He had all the necessary equipment to reach all the high windows and was careful of the shrubbery. The windows sparkled after the cleaning and I highly recommend Window Genie of Southwest Raleigh.

Mike called me the night before telling me that Gerald would be the coming the next morning with estimated time. Gerald was professional, personable and did a great job on my windows! when scheduling appointment for window cleaning was promised a phone call the evening before to confirm appointment time. Did not get no call or message the evening before. The associate who came to clean windows was very professional, respectful of my property by taking his shoes off at the front door. Price was reasonable due to using advertising coupon.

Hired to clean carpets on multiple floors plus a Karastan rug. Father and son team who were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable, and their cost was highly reasonable; I couldn't have rented a cleaning machine and done the job myself for the same price. Highly recommend.

Best carpet service we ever used. They were able to get out stains left in carpet by formers homeowners, (stains that we didn’t know what they were or how old they were). Carpet looks fantastic now. Paul and his associate were friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the first contact. We highly recommend them and will use them again.
