Window Genie cleaned all my windows, washed the screens separately, cleaned outside & inside the windows & cleaned all the sills. Miguel was my tech & he performed all the work with great care and perfection
He Inspected all the work before he left and made sure there were no marks or anything that he might have missed Great company with technicians who have wonderful work ethics

Cannot say enough good things about Window Genie. Vernon was a very hardworking, polite young man. He cleaned every window inside and out and the casings to perfection. He was also extremely considerate of my carpet and house furniture. He has an outstanding work ethic. I have already raved about Window Genie to several neighbors.

Mike, the owner of Window Genie, is a pleasure to work with and so is Denise, who schedules the services. She happily scheduled my window cleaning in the morning to help me with my personal commitments. Vernon and Miguel did a fabulous job cleaning my windows. I highly recommend this business. They did a great job on my exterior windows. Vernon, the technician, was very personable and paid close attention to detail. I will hire Window Genie again the next time I need my windows cleaned.

On a cold brisk day, Vernon came out from Window Genie to power wash our home and garage. Our home had not been cleaned in a few years. He was pleasant, very attentive to detail and did an awesome job. Our home looks amazing!

I have been using Window Genie of SW Raleigh to clean my gutters for a couple years now and Mike Boone is so helpful. When I noticed overflowing gutters and knew more rain was in the forecast I called Mike. He arranged to have Miguel come out in time to get them cleaned before the next rainstorm which turned out to be two days later.
Miguel did an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. I plan to sign up for Window Genie’s automatic Fall and Spring plan.

Ken did a beautiful job. 2 story great room windows and foyer window done inside and out. All windows look great. Very professional and nice to work with. Would recommend their services and would use again. Thank you for the service.

11/14/25: I just had my windows cleaned inside and out for the second time with this company. They did a great job last year with both windows and Christmas Lights!! I had the same technician Miguel and he did another fabulous job. Quality work, attention to detail, polite and professional. I highly recommend this company!

The technician, Vernon Graham III, did a spectacular job on our house, garage, deck, and gutters. We had several problem areas and delicate work and Vernon was remarkably meticulous. He took his time and focused diligently on the work. We will most certainly be using Window Genie next spring after the pollen slows down a bit. Abdul, our window technician did a fabulous job? He was very thorough and when he was done we even did a final walkthrough to ensure I didn’t have any concerns or questions. I will most definitely continue using Window Genie in the future.

Even took his shoes off inside my house. The windows were spotless. I am now on a schedule for a year so I don’t have to think about it. May I add that the pricing was 1/2 that of another big named company. So glad I found Window Genie!
