I have been with Greenscape for years. Irrigation and lighting needs have been met in a timely manner. All contact on the phone and on the job have been courteous and helpful. My work recently with Jerry Hall has been handled very professionally with his insight our home accent lighting looks like I imagined!

Greenscape is the company that Stanley Martin used for its 12 Oaks subdivision. They planted a dead tree in front of our new home, once the HOA asked us to replace it Greenscape replaced it with another dead tree and refused to replace the second dead tree. Poor customer service, not professional and only cares about ripping off customers. Do not recommend.

We have been fighting with Greenscape in our neighborhood in Mebane for 7 years. Blowing grass into the mulch, dragging mulch into the grass. Today it is the tree and shrub clippings that are left in my mulch, in my yard, and in my garden.
It is a never ending battle. Supposedly our yard does not get touched without the field supervisor being present. Lotta good that seems to do.
They make special concessions in our yard and still leave a mess. The more I look around the neighborhood the worse it all looks.

We have used Greenscape for landscaping design two times, the most recent in our new home in Fuquay Varina. Apex location installation was in 2020 and an exceptional job. Current location has been a huge disappointment which we had done June 2024. Two trees died , the first tree a Redbud died within a month of planting. Greenscape planted the replacement tree (a different hardier tree) early September in hopes of the roots getting established and the heat not being a factor. The tree started losing leaves immediately but we were told that was the shock of the new plant. However, it was the beginning of a long slow death and by January the tree was covered in a type of spider mite. We (husband and I) called a few times to have Greenscape take a look at the disease we suspected. No response to six calls. We spent over $5200 dollars for our recent landscape design and plants. We were told at the second planting rather rudely that Greenscape no longer does residential. OK, but you agreed to do our landscape design. We decided to have another landscaper look at the tree and how we could dig it out as it was obviously diseased and a large tree for my husband and I to remove. It was discovered that the installation lacked the soil compost blend we paid for. The tree was sitting in water! I had to laugh because when the second tree was planted and the very rude person doing the planting had accused us of not watering the tree when we had a water bag zipped around the trunk! When the replacement tree was planted they basically scooped out the dead tree and plopped the second one in the hole without any soil or compost added from the first planting.
I don't know what happened to this company. The lack of response and professionalism is unacceptable. I would encourage anyone interested in using Greenscape or if they are contracted with your community to find a reputable company that cares about their customers. No response to me means Greenscape doesn't value its customers after the landscape is finished. They take the money and move on.

I live in Glenwood North. It's weird. They come each week and mow.....They trim some bushes in our neighborhood, and haven't pruned others in well over a month. They come out and mow each week, but for some reason don't prune the bushes and say they will later...Again, it's been well over a month and they say they won't get to my street for another month at least? Doesn't make sense. Poor quality work.

The first two pics show how the leaves are blown away from all the areas around me. The last 3 pics show what I deal with week after week. Greenscape crew totally ignore the leaves out in front of my place.If I don't go outside while they are blowing the leaves then this is what I deal with. I have called, text and emailed numerous times but this situation continues to get ignored. Not acceptable!!

I would recommend kyle and his team to anyone, he was thorough with his answers and ideas to help my envision for my yard come to life, his design for my yard were great and I was able to visualize everything before we started, his communication was awesome and the plants were beautiful and high quality at install and have only gotten better!

Kyle has both the great ability to generate a vision for your lawn and landscaping, but he can also make it happen. I was greatly impressed with the end result of our yard, it looks better than I could have imagined.

Easley Does It - has been maintaining our yard for years. And when we decided move across town and build we had them do our install and they did an amazing job. They are honest, very professional and take the extra steps to make sure the job is done right. Would highly recommend them.

Kyle and his team do top notch work. They are dependable, show up when they say they will, and I always know the job will be done right. I have been doing business with Kyle for 3+ years and highly recommend him.

Kyle was very responsive, came out for the original quote and we realized we were well over budget. We decided to break the project down into phases so that we can take it one step at a time. After the first step was completed, the drainage, I was extremely pleased. Kyle actually found a way to save me some money off of the original quote by changing the project, but for the better. Look forward to doing business again.

Easley Does It did a yard clean up for me and they did a fantastic job! They were responsive, had a quick turn around, and did quality work. 10/10!

We've used this company for over 2 years now. They've been great, until this year. Three weeks ago, we contacted Kyle and asked to get on the schedule for the mowing season and he's not called or written back. I'm disappointed that he's not returned our calls after being clients for so long.

Kyle and his team are thorough, enthusiastic, and professional. In addition to superb lawn care and maintenance, they flawlessly designed and installed our patio with great care. Thanks to Easley Does It, our yard is a sanctuary. Definitely recommend!
