Great experience with tailormade past 8 years. Nathan is very meticulous. They are great with scheduling and addressing any concerns. Would highly recommend this business for lawn care.

I have been using Tailor Made for two years! For the previous 12 years I tried everything I knew to have a beautiful lawn. I spent a huge amount of money with other people, but nothing worked. I always had the ugliest yard in the neighborhood. After using Tailor Made, I would say my lawn is one of the prettiest in the neighborhood.

Reliable, dependable and they explain what they are doing and why. More than once our previous lawn care company said they had been here for scheduled work but they in fact never showed up (yet billed us). And even when they did come, it was less than 5 min of work and they would leave. We feel that TailorMade Lawn actually comes when they say they would, is thorough and they treat us like we are partners in getting our lawn to grow better.

I have used Tailor Made Lawns for my lawn's weed control and my tree and shrub care for the past few years. I had been a customer of a larger national service for almost a decade but changed to Tailor Made because of friends' recommendations, and I'm thrilled by the results. My lawn, trees, and shrubs are healthier and fuller, and they beautify my property much better. But beyond these benefits the most important and valuable service they provide to me as their responsiveness to any and all of my questions and requests. They are a team of true professionals who are as focused on customer satisfaction ad any world class business I know. I highly recommended them.

Tailor Made transformed our lawn from just ok to a masterpiece. It’s been at least two years since we started up with Tailor Made and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Very disappointed in this service. We have had them since April and got talked into paying for the extra weed service.

Had to call for a reservice multiple times because the weeds and crabgrass are still out of control in our yard. We have now had the service for 5 months and the yard is still overrun by weeds, both front and back.

If you have crabgrass or the tall grassy weed then don't waste your time with this company because they clearly do not know how to effectively get rid of it.

When we called to cancel the service and get a refund, they sent out one of their guys and he ensured they would get it taken care if with the next service. However, all they did was create a bunch of dead patches of grass while the weeds continue to spread.

I wanted to wait first before writing this review because when a service is performed sometimes things don't go as planned. When I first decided to get lawn care service, I called all the usual companies, but Tailor Made stood out to me for several reasons. First, the communication was straightforward, professional and informative. They didn't over promise results but they set the proper expectations that lawns take time to see full results.

Second, they were prompt and followed through with the services as planned in a timely manner. I had aeration and over seeding done this season and Ethan performed the service. He was courteous, professional and thorough with the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with his work. Prior to him performing the aeration, we spoke and he listened intently on what areas needed attention and he answered all of my questions without using industry jargon.

There was an issue that happened, which was a slight inconvenience. When it was brought to their attention, they immediately took care of it. There were no excuses, just understanding and wanting to make things rights. I'm happy with Tailor Made Lawns and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Shannon arrived on time, fertilized my shrubs and trees while addressing my concerns about cold weather damage to a few shrubs. His knowledge and experience are a welcome part of spring! I am so glad to maintain a TruGreen annual plan. Thank you!

I have been a customer with TtuGreen since I purchased my first home. My lawns have always stood out due to their service.

Even though the gentleman had nothing to do with the delay. The day before no one called me,in regards to know show nor did I get a phone call. So I decided to call.It was passed the time they were suppose to be here. The man on the other end said he did not no what happened,they would be there. I told him how the hell are they going to work in the dark. I told him to have a nice evening and hung up.As of now no phone call to tell me why. ThatsTru Green for you, poor business.

Update: Due to MY efforts of being relentless in getting some kind of service... I called the CEO and finally got the local manager to call. He was very pleasant and did the service that was supposed to have been done himself. I hope this is the start of better service... jury is still out, but fingers crossed. Just a big disappointment that I had to go to the CEO to get what I paid for.

We just started with Tru Green and we are thus far not satisfied at all with the horrific customer service. They don't call or text the day before so you can secure your dogs. They don't do the service that the 800 customer service people say they will. You can't get anyone live at the actual Indian Trail location. I am canceling if someone of authority doesn't reach out to us.

Hose was too short to finish the job!! Need to reschedule with a long hose that can reach the back of our yard. This should already be noted in your system. Please call me. Thx

Matt was an outstanding technician. When it comes to my yard, I am overly picky. He has done an amazing job on the service recovery he performed, and for that I cannot thank him enough. I have been with TruGreen since 2011, and this is by far the best experience I have had. Take a bow, you have a great associate!!!!

Worst experience ever. I’ve had them over a year, they were good at first. Recently I had army worms take over my yard. Called and they said treatment is included in my plan BUT I also needed to treat the trees and shrubs for an additional $275. I didn’t want to pay extra but did it ONLY because they promised me if I paid for the upgrade, the could be out in 48 hours. This happened Tuesday the 20th. They promised me they would that treat the 21st or 22nd (I have this all in writing). I’ve followed up tons of times since then and still no service. It’s the 26th. The army worms have destroyed double the amount of expensive turf since the 22nd which was when the treatment was supposed to be applied (at the latest). I need to have my lawn repaired from the additional damage caused by the lie I was told. What type of company tells customer to pay for an additional upgrade in order to get a faster service?! Then never does the service causing additional damage?? See texts for proof.

TrueGreen has done an excellent job on my lawn and im happy to have them as my service provider. The customer and services they provided are excellent. Keep up the excellent work.

We have had repeated issues with this service. They promised to send a manager to walk our property and sent a tech who never even got out of the truck and then we got a message saying our free service was completed. We are on the phone with them multiple times between services and nothing gets done. We are waiting to see if they send out management today or we will be asking for a refund. Do yourself a favor and look for a small, personalized local business

Service is terrible. I have weeds all in my backyard, I called to get this taken care of. They couldn’t find my account, kept using my old address. After 2 weeks of calling they come out for 10
Minutes and spread some lime in my front yard. They didn’t even go in the back yard to address the weeds. Don’t waste your money, hire a professional!

PLEASE , PLEASE DON’T USE TRUGREEN FOR ANY SERVICE. HOW CAN USE GIVE MINUS STARS. I CALLED ANY TOLD THEM MY YARD IS FULL OF WEEDS, THEY SAY WE WILL COME BACK FOR A “FREE TREATMENT “ WHAT A JOKE. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY SEND SOMEONE OVER. HE IS Supposed TO RING THE DOORBELL AND LET YOU KNOW HE’S HERE. HE WENT RIGHT TO THE BACK YARD WHICH I COULD CLEARLY SEE OUT THE WINDOW, HE HAD A BACKPACK ON , I SPECIFICALLY SAID TO USE A TRUCK MOUNTED HOSE SINCE I HAVE A FULL YARD OF WEEDS AND A BIG YARD. WHILE I NOTICED HE WASN’T SPRAYING ANYTHING, I NOTICED THE SPRAYER WAS COMPLETELY I NOT KIDDING COMPLETELY EMPTY. EMPTY. TOOK A PICTURE OF IT. I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT AND HE SAID HE DIDN’T NOTICE IT WAS EMPTY AND WEIGHTED LIKE 2 POUNDS WHEN HE PUT IT ON HIS BACK. HE LEFT AND WROTE SERVICE WAS DONE. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN LOCAL OFFICE ( INDIAN TRAIL , NORTH CAROLINA. ). SHE APOLOGIZED AND SAID A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK AND WOULD TRY AND GET SOMEONE TO COME BACK SAME DAY AND SPRAY FOR WEEDS. NO CALL. NO ONE CAME. SAD. TODAY I GET A NOTICE THEY ARE COMING OVER IN 3 DAYS TO EARATE AND SEED. “. ARE THEY COMPLETELY CRAZY. ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE DONT USE TRUGREEN

Trugreen has been a great help with my lawn making it green and weedless. I have a busy life with my family and they have made my lawn one less thing to worry about. Glad they are there to help.
