While the people providing the service is great. The company failed to put down army worm control so all the gain by using TruGreen was lost and I ended up starting over with heavy seeding, fertilizing and Aeration. I applied my own triazicide to control these pests after the damage was done. I would expect a service like TruGreen to be aware a pre treat for this. When I contacted the company I never got a response. With every post treatment the comments are noticed bare spots in lawn. Requires seeding, fertilization, and aeration in the fall to correct. Which is a bit of a jab to the gut after paying so much for this service.

I wouldn’t give you one star if I didn’t have to. Watch these people with your billing. They will add extra stuff to your bill that they told you would not be and then turn you into collections. Do not recommend such a terrible company. They are not upfront they do not know how to handle business and I asked them several times about my bill and then they added stuff that was never supposed to be added and wouldn’t be added. I absolutely made sure before starting with this company.

We had a misunderstanding at first they do not cut grass. They just treat the lawn, but treatment is important and the service is a really affordable price point I’m going to give it a few months and see how things go so far I’m happy.

Looks like they forgot to seed the back. Our internet is not working. Assume they may hit the line. The guys were very courteous!

They use lot of chemicals and my lawn died because of bad service. These guys do initially good service, then send technicians who doesn't know anything at all. They do say, they will resolve it but do nothing but find excuses.

You need to resend me the last application on my yard. I hope it was pre-emergent to eliminate winter grass.

Our first application with TruGreen was more than I expected.
Alex Wadlington was our service technician and spent a lot of time with us explaining the process, what to expect, answering all our questions and explaining what to do if we need additional help in the future.
Hopefully we are able to continue to use Alex for future work.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone with a larger yard. Perhaps they do ok for small yards. My yard looks terrible after one year of service. The app does not ever work and it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with a local manager. I’ve been waiting for over a month to have a manager come out in person to see my yard after I’ve complained time and time again about weeds and brown spots everywhere. My yard needs to be seeded asap and still no one has contacted me about that service. I will not be using them ever again and I would tell anyone who enjoys a green yard to use someone else. They are simply a big well advertised company but their services are useless at this point. Very disappointed. I’ve been told 4 times in the past 2 weeks a manager would be calling me immediately and still no call. Complete waste of money.

Farentino personally came to my home to discuss my concerns. He is a very well versed and knowledgeable lawn care expert. He helped me understand what I didn’t know and was able to address my concerns with complete satisfaction. His time and attention was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this service. My new grass looks phenomenal!

Technician was pleasant even though we forgot that our dog Sugar was in the backyard on his arrival. I got her in and he was able to complete his work. He was fast and on his way in no time

Bailey was great. Was truly concerned about doing the best job possible.

They don't finish the complete lawn which is in the agreement. They are in the property for 2 min. They spill all the fertilizer on the driveway. Customer service is a joke. They say a supervisor will call but you will never hear from them. Trying to get my money back

For one year, they did great. Our yard was the best it's ever been, then one frightful rainy day in May, they fertilized. Standing water. Our grass is brown. No local numbers available? 800 only? 3 day wait and STILL no call. This won't help sell our home this year...Bad on ya'll.

On 4/30/20 I had an aeration service that was performed. After the service was performed there were quite a few spots in my yard with tire tracks, and there were several spots with the grass has been dug up and now it’s just a pile of dirt. also there was a bunch of mud left on the sidewalk that was not cleaned up. It’s been a week and one day with no solution.

I've been using TruGreen for about 6 or so months. I had a rocky start w/one of their representatives but since then those who have serviced me have been very personable and professional. They come and perform their task at hand, sometimes a little too fast to do an efficient job it seems and then they are off to their next customer. The products do seem to work, however, if they slowed down a bit on the grass, I wouldn't still see as much Nutsedge weed as I do. All in all, they come as scheduled and perform their tasks which makes me a "somewhat happy" customer because I have seen some improvement so something is working. I'd like to see better results for when they take a little more time w/the grass chemicals.

Service Tech seemed knowledgeable and very friendly. When I asked questions about watering and the lawn, he was able to answer them very quickly. I’m looking forward to the spring and summer and seeing my lawn flourish.

Caleb is always professional and knowledgeable. He performs services as if it is his own lawn!

Excellent job with my specialist ensuring my shrubs and trees were covered with insect and bug spray. He was very careful to not spray areas where I have bird feeders and houses and where there were bees present. I appreciated the safe application of the treatment to ensure the good insect were protected.

Line has been spread , weed and feed has been sprayed so all we can do now is wait and see the results.
Both the technician that came out were very nice to work with.
