Trustworthy and dependable! And all around good people to deal with! In today's time it's hard to find a company that has integrity like Indian Trail Air &Heat. Thanks to all the folks there and Rory for taking care of my heating problem!

We originally called this company for a repair on our existing HVAC system, but after a thorough inspection, the technician informed us that a full replacement might be necessary. While that wasn’t what we were hoping to hear, the team explained everything clearly and honestly, helping us feel confident in moving forward with a new system.
The installation team was fantastic — professional, clean, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of the installation, the system wasn’t functioning properly. However, their response was immediate. They quickly came out, provided a window air conditioning unit to keep us comfortable, and explained that a faulty part would need to be replaced in a few days.
Once that repair was completed, we did run into another unrelated issue. Again, the team was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and graciously replaced additional parts at no cost to us — even though those parts were not part of the original replacement system.
Overall, we’re very satisfied with both the product and the level of customer service we received. It’s clear this company stands behind their work and truly values their customers. We look forward to continuing to use them for all of our HVAC maintenance and service needs in the future.

As a REALTOR, I have come to rely on Indian Trail Air & Heat as my 'go to' service provider. When I had a home inspection for a client and temps were too cold for the inspector to test for cooling, my client opted for a Heat/AC inspection just to make sure all was in good working order. The inspection was scheduled within the week, Rory showed up on time with ample notice of his arrival and worked promptly to ensure my buyer client that the system he inspected was in good working order.
Nearly 20 years ago, a client introduced me to ITA&H, and I have used them for both my personal home as well as recommended them to my clients for fast, friendly and courteous service. Oh, yes, and their pricing is VERY competitive, too.

Great customer service. Michael arrived on time, was very thorough in his analysis of the repairs needed and the repair cost are very competitive. Parks will be my first and only call for any future HVAC needs.

This is a follow up to my previous review. Nick and Brian were great at the installation. Again, they arrived ahead of schedule, covered all of the flooring, and were quick and efficient with the installation.

Juan was very thorough and extremely professional and polite. He explained in detail the status my HVAC system and what options I had for improvements - short term and long term peace of mind items.

The technician, Victor, was very polite and proceeded to carry out a thorough inspection of our system. He found a number of issues and explained them thoroughly to me. He also took videos and photographs, in order to better inform me as to the problems he had discovered during his examination. He afterwards wrote a comprehensive report, which was duly provided to us and he made arrangements for a further visit to provide a quotation for the replacement of the defective unit (which is ten years old - things don’t last like they used to from when they were made in the 1960s).

I should certainly recommend Victor and his company, Parks, to others.

Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric Sent their Technician by the name of Larry Richardson who did a wonderful job checking out what problems we had at our rental home with the water heater. He is a very knowledgeable technician with awesome customer service skills. He let us know and wrote out an estimate for our landlord to review with all the details of what needs to be done to get our rental home up to code, specially when it comes to being safe. We appreciate everything he did while being at our rental home. Would refer them to anyone that has this type of problem or other types of issues like Heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical work. This company seems to know their business and has a great team with the knowledge to back them up.

Our technician, Richard, made bad news feel painless. He was super thorough and willing to draw the information out for us in order to better understand. Would love to have him consistently involved with future needs.

I had pipes that rattled and everyone I called gave me a lecture about how expensive it is to track down the problem. Larry my technician skipped the lecture , came out and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes and solved it inexpensively and without having to tear out any drywall.

Once he had that problem solved he noticed an issue with my Renai tankless water heater and asked how it was working. I explained that it had never worked properly and that we could never get hot water consistently in the kitchen and a shower upstairs. We also could not get really cold water in multiple locations. Three plumbers over the years had tried to fix the issue and it never got solved. The units were 17 years old and Larry said the new technology would solve the problem. They installed the new heaters and things were some better, but there were still issues. Larry stuck with it and did a ton of research to figure out the problem. Most folks would have given up. He didn’t and today everything is fixed and working beautifully.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Larry and the company. I would recommend them for issue you might have.

I've used Parks Heating and Cooling several times and have never been disappointed with their customer service. The technicians are always polite, kind and knowledgeable.

Dispatch lied to me about why my services was late; comfort care rep was relentless til they got money from me then have not returned any phones since. Mult messages left. Had a repair done where I was charged $758 with the average cost in this area $80-400. With $400 being a 2+ hr job with a motor that needs calibrated. Mine required no calibration and took less than 20 mins. I have left multiple messages for management to return my call over the past month with no one concerned enough to call back. I want a refund for the comfort care and money back on the job that was blatantly overpriced. But once they get your money, there is no such thing as customer service because they are like most businesses these days… they care nothing about people unless they are getting something out of it. They will rob u blind. So especially if u are on a tight income, go else where and always check the average cost against their charge. Believe me, it’s marked up 5-7X. This is what is wrong with the world these days. Only care about what they can get from you.

I had my tankless water heater serviced by Parks today. My technician was Larry Richardson. Larry from beginning to end of the flushing maintenance process was extremely professional and courteous. Larry explained what he was doing and why. He also stressed how important yearly cleaning and maintenance of the tank will improve the chances of the overall life cycle. I can say I was fully satisfied with my service.

We had a water leak concern and called parks this morning to investigate. Within just a few hours, Larry Richardson (plumbing supervisor) from Parks was on-site to check things out.

Larry was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful with helping us understand the possibilities of what could be going on as well as offered a number of cost effective options for us to consider to resolve the issue. Larry patiently answered all my questions in a manner that felt educational and helped me learn more about the intricacies of plumbing. Larry was not pushy whatsoever on pursuing any high cost items and instead showed that he was here to help us figure out an approach to the solution that doesn’t hurt our bank account too much. While the issue has not yet been resolved, we at least feel well equipped with information Larry provided to make a thoughtful choice on how to move forward.

We have a membership with Parks and have now utilized them for an HVAC replacement / install, water filtration install, water pressure adjustments, and now for the plumbing. We have been satisfied with their services thus far and will continue to recommend them to others.

I have not been this dissatisfied with a product or service for a very long time. We had a new unit installed last week. It has not worked properly once. There have now been 5 different technicians here to fix it and still it doesn't work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They surely do not know what they are doing.
