Great service and attention is always rhe norm from Central Heating and Cooling. And our technician, Sam A., did a great job in explaining what was needed, what was recommended and any other potential concerns, without over selling it as some companies do. And he corrected everything needed on the spot. Quality of his work was top notch as well!

My experience with Central Heating & Cooling has been excellent all around. My HVAC system needed to be replaced and I received several quotes from different companies. Central was by far the best value, and backed by their stellar reviews and track record it was a clear choice. Irving Pastrana provided estimates in my home. He was professional, the most thorough, and pleasant to work with. It made an otherwise difficult decision easy to make. The system was installed on schedule and has been working great. There was just one minor issue with the thermostat after installation, which Central was quick to respond to and they replaced it with a new unit. Overall they've earned 5 stars for good reason and I would recommend them.

Ever since they installed a new unit last year, we have enjoyed great service and support from Central Heating and Cooling. From the back room staff to the installation crew, and the winter servicing team, everyone has delivered to our satisfaction. And kudos to Sam for an upgrade performed on my older second unit that hopefully will keep that one running for a few more years!

They were very responsive from the time that I called them. That alone was impressive as it was a very busy time for them in the aftermath of the recent ice storm. During the visit to my home, Sam A. was very professional, informative and friendly. You should consider yourself lucky to have an employee like him. I did not choose this company as they were the ones that put an HVAC system in the new construction I recently purchased but, after my recent experience, I'm glad they will be the company I will have to call for service in the future.

Sam A. communicated clearly throughout the entire process and was both professional and respectful of our privacy while in our home. He did an excellent job explaining how the system works, his findings, the corrective actions taken, and why he was confident the issue was resolved. Sam went above and beyond, and his professionalism and knowledge made this a great service experience.

I have been Delivering to Central Heating and Cooling for the past few months. Their warehouse team is hands down one of the best, most professional group of guys I have ever dealt with. I am always in and out. I am greeted by Taras when checked in, who has Nazar swiftly and efficiently offload me. Makes my job super simple. If they run their warehouse team this efficiently I can’t imagine how well their actual service is!!

Sam and Andrey were fantastic! Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a timely, cost efficient repair. He was respectful, clean, and quiet throughout the visit. We have a baby at home, so that was especially important to us. We had a problem where our upstairs was really really hot and downstairs was really cold. He explained it very simply as to what the problem was and the repair worked immediately. Thank you Sam for doing a great job. Highly recommend!
