Carson was here about 9:30am and went to work immediately. Was very personable and a nice young man. Said everything checked out fine.

Easy to arrange appt and arrived very timely. Very pleasant and Knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him in my home working on unit. Took extra time to explain to me part needed for system and options. Not pushy. Wore shoe protection for carpet which I appreciate and kept area neat after leaving attic. We've been very happy with services for our AC and Heat systems and highly recommend them. Their very pleasant in office on phone as well!

UPDATE: Much more true to form, Wesley called and apologized for the customer service and even offered to take care of my initial service on the house. I took him up on the offer. The gesture was more than generous, and having experienced his knowledgeability first-hand before, I didn’t want to let a relationship with a great local company be ruined. Here’s to better communication in the future.

Beware: don’t call if you need service, or even a reply, anytime soon.
I called Saturday and got an answering service (totally acceptable) and was assured I would be contacted first thing Monday. All day Monday goes by, no call. I call at 4:15pm. They closed at 4. I was connected to the on call tech. He assured me I would hear from someone the next day. All day Tuesday goes by and still nothing.
Lastly, I called Wednesday afternoon and was told by the receptionist there was no record of my calls or anything related to my service address. Nice, right? I’ll be going anywhere else.

I was referred by my neighbor to them and I'm extremely glad i called them. Dwayne came, very nice fellow, we chatted about cars while he fixed my AC system. A+ They got my business from now on, bye bye Morris-Jenkins and welcome to Air Central of the Carolinas.

Excellent experience with Darren coming to our business to fix our A/C issue. Service was prompt, tech was an expert and fixed the issue in one visit. We will definitely use Air Central Carolina again in the future for anything HVAC related.
