I have an old (20 yrs) Lennox HVAC system that has failed during this first big 2025 heatwave here in NC. I called Air Central on Sat, and Kevin called me back and walked me thru a couple of things to avoid the cost of an emergency visit, which was so appreciated!! Fast forward to Mon, and still having issues. So then Devin came over to determine the issue. Devin was friendly, thorough, courteous, and professional. He went over my options and let me decide which one made the most sense. I've been a customer of Air Central since 2008, and they've never steered me wrong! If you're looking for a great, reliable family owned business that won't rip you off, call Air Central!!!

Arrived on time. Tech was friendly, very professional and was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. He had the part with him so he was able to complete the repair of my HVAC in one visit!
The technician also washed the outside unit and inspected the inside unit. The inside unit had a water drain that was almost completely clogged with residue buildup.The technician cleaned the drain at no additional cost. Great service and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend highly!

Air Central responded quickly to my request for better ventilation in my basement, sent installers who professionlly completed the task at no charge. I am very pleased with the service and consideration!

Awesome Service! The technician did a great job. He diagnosed the problem right away. A rat got inside and ruined a part The damaged part was on the truck and he fixed it in just a few minutes. Very nice guy, polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything. 👍 Thank you

They were able to schedule us within 24 hours of me calling them, they provided a courtesy call within 10 minutes of the tech arriving, and the gentleman who provided the service was incredibly kind, walked me through everything he was doing and even went above and beyond looking at other possible issues we might have in our home as a result of our original concern. Would absolutely recommend and would absolutely use them again.

We interviewed several HVAC companies because our upstairs A/C went out last summer. We needed a whole new system and we chose Air Central of the Carolina's because of the owner, Wesley.

He stands behind their work and is honest and they don't try to upsell if it's not necessary. He goes above and behind to gain a customer and is loyal to his existing customers. The technicians are great to work with, especially Kevin. Great company!!!

Been using them for years. As always excellent service. Wes help during the bad weather and Kevin has done a great job following up and making sure that my system was working correctly. I highly recommend them. Honest sincere good people that do good work.

Chis is the best. He’s professional and explained everything great And this was warranty work so there was no cost for me.

We were having an issue with our system cooling and reading high humidity levels. Chris S. show up on time first thing in the morning and fixed the problem! He gave great suggestions and worked efficiently.

SCAM!!!!!! Do not go with this company they will scam you. Chris came to our house and and the first trip got us for 600 bucks said when he returned it would be 1100 plus 200 when he returned he wanted 1700 and he argued with me over the price. Luckily I had him on camera and I sent that to his boss.the boss did fix the price issue but the tech was unprofessional. Chris told me I had a hole in my airhandler coil and he would need to replace that. When he got finished I asked him about the coil and he argued it was a meter he replace and that he never said coil. So he checked his notes and had to come back a third time to fix the "coil" my house is new and only 3 years old . No way the coil was bad. After he left I saw on the news where these hvac companies claim a bad coil just to get you to pay 1700 bucks to fix it . DO NOT TRUST THIS TECH CHRIS he is a liar. He is only concerned about a 5 star rating when he does a 1 star job. I did sign up for the $230 maintenance plan but now I will not allow them on my property. With the reply from this company there are lies in your reply. I have it all on video remember...I was charged over 1600 total for all three trips and chris did lie to us multiple times. Get your lies straight. He argued with me for 30 min about he was only supposed to fix the meter not the coil. This whole company must be full of liar's plus my maintenance was up to date and you need to stop trying to blame the manufacturer . Also just had another company come out and found Chris used a peice of wire to bypass the fuse . Your company installed this system and until today the only company to touch this system. Listen people go with another company. This company will end up costing you a fortune over time. Caryl mechanical you can do better.

Today, a technician named Anthony visited my residence to assess a concern I had regarding my AC drainage system. Anthony exhibited a high level of professionalism, demonstrating politeness and a willingness to address any questions or concerns I had about my home's HVAC system. His evident experience and knowledge were reflected in his articulate and confident responses.

Ultimately, Anthony was able to identify and resolve the issues with my unit effectively. What impressed me most was the opportunity to select a service technician should I decide to enroll in the annual service plan with CARYL MECHANICAL. Knowing I would have a technician I like and trust gives me the assurance and confidence that future service visits will be conducted as agreed, thereby helping to prolong the lifespan and optimize the performance of my HVAC system.
