I had the most pleasant experience with McClintock today. My request moved quickly from customer service to dispatch to a technician coming to perform the diagnostic on the same day. Marty made me feel comfortable from hello and he came across as a genuine person and an expert in the field. Most importantly, he turned off the gas to my system, ensuring my family’s safety in this interim period.

The HVAC technician who performed our routine maintenance was poised, professional, and very informative. He explained what he was doing and took his time, which reassured me that the work was thorough. The service lasted about 45 minutes, and anything less would have made me question the quality. I am confident everything was done right and would highly recommend McClintock.

Chris and gavin were Connors professional in every way. The entire hvac job took 3 days and they always left ourc home looking perfect when they left each day. A couple of times i was not home and they locked up for me and always told me what they were going to do. They always let me know how things were going and they did a great job.

Jake Mills is a wonderful representative of this company. He is friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable and gives off an air of honesty and integrity. The client he assisted today is a family for whom I perform Home Care duties. After interacting with him I have confidence that he will address any concerns promptly and accurately. McClintock is fortunate to have him on their team. It is a consequence of our super-positive interaction that I will now be considering McClintock for my personal heating and air needs.

She was professional, friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made sure every one of our needs was met. This company is amazing, I called them. Let them know that I was without heat. In the winter cold, they ordered. The part went and picked it up, delivered it to Jake M he came and installed it all in the same day. He is an amazing Tech. He put the motor on my heat system. And in no time I was warm and cozy. Jake M was very easy to talk to. Very nice explained what was going on. Made sure everything was working, he did a fantastic job. I will Definitely use this company from now on.

I found McClintock, and thankfully they didn't send a salesman, just straightforward options with the best equipment and skilled technicians offered at a single, fair price. After we agreed, they sent Chris, Nick, Caleb, and Jordan, who had us up and running a full day earlier than quoted. These guys did fantastic work, and the company as a whole was wonderful to work with!

My 4 year old Trane heater was not working on a super cold morning. I called McClintock and they quickly sent a tech. He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and I was up and running. Honest assessment good price knowledgeable tech. I am impressed and I m not easily impressed

I can’t say enough good things about Roger at McClintock Heating and Cooling. He came out to fix my furnace just days before a snow and ice storm, and I’m incredibly grateful he did. Roger was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was going on, which immediately put me at ease. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finis, never rushed, never dismissive, just someone who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.

Thanks to Roger, my furnace was up and running before the storm hit, and that peace of mind was priceless. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust, Roger is the person to call. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my HVAC. I reported my issue and within a few hours there service department called to see if I was available to send someone out. JJ arrived shortly after and he was able to identify the issue right away. He was able to fix after getting some parts. He was professional, knowledgable, and very polite. The whole time here he kept me filled in with what was going on and what needed to be done. I've never had a bad experience with anyone of your tesm whether it be over phone, maintenance, repair, instulation, sales. Brennan and Edison did an outstanding job installing my new Trane HVAC unit. Their exceptional craftsmanship went above and beyond, even addressing issues outside the original scope. I’m thrilled with my decision to choose McClintock for the installation.

I had to get a new ac unit and the crews at McClintock were very professional. From the first phone call to the office, for scheduling a tech to come out and get us back up and running. Unfortunately we had no other option but to buy a new ac unit for our house. They had someone from finance come out and explain our options. We picked to unit and plan that was best for us. Our installation crew, Chris and Kaleb were very professional from the time they knocked on our door, until the time walked out for the last time when the job we complete. Super happy at how friendly and professional every one was from start to finish!!! Would highly recommend them for all you HVAC needs!!!

My experience with McClintock has been fantastic. The tech, Roger, came out for a Service call and my HVAC system was giving up.. That same day Matt in sales came after hours to help me get a system. It was supposed to be cold the next week and it was right before Thanksgiving. My system was installed very quickly and the install team was great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Ryan, Wally and Stephanie have accommodated every question and concern that has come up since the install and Matt and Stephanie have worked diligently to get my Duke Energy rebate issue fixed. When you call into McClintock you are treated like a valued customer from the beginning and you never have to worry about them following through and calling back. I would recommend them to anyone needing their type of service.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I texted them on Wednesday about a collapsed duct, and they even offered to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my work schedule didn’t allow it, but they were able to come out the very next day and fixed the issue immediately.

The technician, JJ, was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly, got right to work, and had it resolved quickly. He was also very patient and accommodating with my dogs barking at him the entire time, which definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

We continue to be pleased with McClintock’s maintenance service. We would mention in particular our technician Logan G. who has now been to the house several times and has been terrific. Logan is knowledgeable, personable and respectful - he is a great representative for McClintock! We would also mention that we had a problem with our heating system on the Friday before the recent snow and freezing temps. McClintock came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue (part was expensive but not their fault). Overall we have had great service with McClintock and would recommend them highly.

I’m extremely happy that I decided to give McClintock a call! We’d used another company over the last several years; but the last few services just didn’t feel right. I found McClintock on Next Door and they had superb ratings. Still curious, so I checked their ratings on Google; which were also amazing. I texted them super early Friday morning and reviewed a text from Baylee, and it was by far one of the best interactions from a customer service perspective that I’ve had. She asked thoughtful questions around current setup, issues, mentioned potential options/rebates, got us schedules the same day, and was just all around pleasant to deal with.

The same compliments apply to Sam, who came out to diagnose the issues. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment, transparent with options, and asked great probing questions to help guide us to what made more sense given our situation. I have no doubt that the install and servicing will be just as flawless. I’d highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues/concerns.

Sophia was a wonderful technician for our visit today. (Refreshing to see a female in HVAC too!!) We’ve been with McClintock for quite a few years now & we always have great service. The technicians are always knowledgeable and efficient and easily lay out our options in a no-pressure manner. I also love that the booking system sends a picture and mini bio of the technician so you know exactly who will be arriving. Appreciate the reliable and consistent service! Thank you!
