Many Thanks to Plumbing Masters, they got my new gas line installed when others wouldn't. It was a pleasure working with them...

They told me for 2 days that they would send a technician to fix my hot water tank. They never came so when I called to follow up, a lady tells me they no longer service residential areas in the state. She was rude while she yelled at me about being backed up from the holidays & never apologized. So I am going on day 3 with no hot water & did not appreciate this experience. I would never recommend a company who treats people in need this way.

Teck called prior to arriving,. Was very polite,. After he found the problem, he showed it to us. He only fixed what needed to be fixed. He could have told us all the pipes need to be replaced, but he didn't. I kinda knew that anyway, but not positive. He showed us the completed job. Was a quick easy fix. If we ever need a plummet we will call them again. ALSO, when I called, I spoke to a real person, didn't have to leave v/message, didn't have to leave message w an answering service, etc!
After the job was completed, I called 5he company to let them know how pleased we were. Thank you Dan!

I finally had an issue that I could not fix myself. Stan from Roto rooter arrived in good time. Stan was highly knowledgeable and professional, He had my plumbing issue resolved within 15 minutes. Great job. I will definitely use this service again should the need arise.

Van was awesome. My drains are draining again. He arrived so quickly and worked fast. He was very respectful of my home and gave me tips on how to avoid my drainage issues in the future. I highly recommend this company and our Technician, Van.

Dennis came out within an hour and fixed our blockage. The camera service included in the price was great and gave relief that the issue was isolated. Dennis provide tips to keep our system running smoothly.

I would definitely call them again.

My service tech Stan arrived on time and was very kind, courteous and professional. I had two clogged shower drains and he fixed them quickly, explained what had clogged them up and how to prevent it from happening again. He offered other preventative maintenance tips that I appreciated.

You guys have a good worker in Stan. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Stan from Roto Rooters. Stan came early and was extremely kind and courteous. He took the time to listen to me explain the issue and got to work right away. He was extremely knowledgeable in his work. He explained what he was doing before and during the process. At the end, he summarized what he had done, asked if I had any questions, and told me what the next steps were. I really appreciated his thoroughness and patience in answering all my questions. He was also very professional and efficient. He is an asset to this company and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others! Thank you Stan for you hard work!

Antonio arrived first to be sure there was no structural damage from our leaky toilet. Then Dennis installed our new toilet and fixed our shower. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Very reasonable prices.. We will definitely use Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs!

Very easy to schedule with the company with quick response rates. Van uninstalled and reinstalled a sink for me. He did an excellent job and was very quick.

Fana Ray (sorry, not sure of spelling) was an amazing technician! He came out fast for a weekend emergency. We paid a very reasonable price compared to other companies who had no availability or do major up charges on the weekend. Fana exceeded expectations. He was professional and friendly.

I was a little aggravated by the slow response time on the weekend but I have to give a good rating for my technician, Van. He was thorough, respectful of my property and handled my issue in a swift and efficient manner.

Van was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. He fixed our issue and even tightened the toilet seat which was loose as part of the service. Highly recommend!

Had a great plumber come out to fix emergency leak. Very nice, professional and informative. Fixed it fairly quickly. Now the 24/7 number did not send anyone out and I had to stay up all night dumping water from pitcher and I give them 2 stars. Luckily the tech came early in am and fixed the problem.

Our tech (Rufino #55754) was polite, on time, and even wore shoe covers. He was very helpful & we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again!

Technician did not give us the military discount as he promised. Labor and taxes was a total of $637.65. Tech said the he would give us a military discount of $130 which should have brought the card charge down to $507. Instead my card charge on the invoice shows a charge of $637.65

Van was amazing showed me exactly what problem was, arrived in less than 30 minutes as promised and only took him 20 minutes to do what he needed. I am beyond pleased with the level of professionalism and service from Van
