Ray gave us exceptional service. He explained to us what our problem was and actually showed us what was going on as well. He showed up a few minutes ahead of time, which is always great when you have plumbing problems and made all necessary repairs. We would not hesitate to use him again. We are very pleased.

Ven from Roto-Rooter was excellent. He did a great job repairing a worn down and rusted pipe which was leaking under the kitchen sink. I was also happy that Ven provided great service at a very affordable price. If you need work done at your place then ask for Ven.

Overall great experience. When I called to make the urgent appointment they told me exactly what to expect. They arrived within an hour….just as they said. They reviewed our problem and gave us a guote before starting the job. I had googled what to expect for our cost and they were right within the range. Ray was our technician. He was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly to me. He went above and boyond to help try to diagnose a water pressure issue we were having. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing services!!

My mom got Roto Rooter to come out and it went sour, but Van came and so did Mike and they did an amazing job. Things were made right and we are very happy. This service that was provided was the best ever!

Van, from Roto-Rooter was great! He was able to replace the faulty part under my kitchen sink quickly and get the water turned back on at the meter/street. He was professional and very pleasant to interact with. It was a Sunday morning emergency call so I wasn't thrilled about the price but I was able to take advantage of a coupon on the Roto-Rooter app.

Third time was the charm. They fixed what 2 other plumbers couldn't (or wouldn't). I'm so glad I called Roto-Rooter, Van was an exceptional plumber and I'm finally free from the leaky cabinet under the sink. The only thing that would make it better for me would have been if they used electronic apps for payment!

I made the mistake of calling a local plumber to clean out a slow drain and ended up getting a sales pitch on their membership program and a quote for thousands of dollars to replace all kinds of pipes. I should have just call Roto-Rooter in the first place. Van and Zack were professional, took their time to make sure the issue was fully resolved, and left the work area clean. I could not be happier with the outcome and service.

Came same day and had quick servicing. Answered any and all questions we had regarding the issue with our toilet. Reasonable pricing compared to other mainstream plumbers. Would call again, we were serviced by a man named Van (not sure if I am spelling it properly).

The 2 technicians that came out to honor the warranty, were very professional and diligent in finding the issue. The original work was installed improperly. Your team members that were sent to handle your warranty issue, found the problem in less than 30 minutes. It took them about 1 hour from that point to have the work done correctly.

I would like to commend this company for their customer service, nice vans, uniformed employee, booties, attention to detail and promot response. My technician, Van represented the company in an exemplary manner. My garbage disposal problem was fixed in under 15 minutes and therein lies my problem. The cost of the service was so high that I could not possibly consider calling them again except in the event of a dire emergency. I did not anticipate paying $358 for a fix that took less than 15 minutes. I booked this appointment easily online last night without seeing rates. In the future I will not assume a reasonable rate without seeing it in writing in advance. As far as the company, they seem great but the pricing is too high for me.
