Two of the nicest guys from
Caudill’s replaced the batteries in my light filtering shade which Caudill’s had installed several years ago over my half moon window in a 2 story front hallway. They did a beautiful job and were so patient and neat.
They also fixed my alarm system, which they had upgraded at the same time they installed the new automatic shade. These guys, Robert and Ethan, are the best. They are so kind and sincere and I spent a pleasant 90 minutes on a beautiful sunny day with these gentlemen. And they reflect the great people who work at Caudill’s. Thank you and good luck and happy life to all the employees at Caudill’s.

We just recently moved to North Carolina and even though the area we moved to is considered safe, we wanted the security of having an alarm system installed (because you never know). We looked for a local security system installed on Yelp and Caudill’s came up. Our call was answered courteously and we were able to schedule a consult quick and conveniently. Kevin arrived at our home and was a pleasure to work with, very professional and personable while providing helpful and honest feedback along the way. When they came to install, they were on time, efficient and did their job cleanly and respectfully. Kevin was also present and took his time to make sure we understood all the aspects of the system. We are so thankful for having Caudill’s and Kevin take care of our security needs. We highly recommend anyone looking for a security system installed in their home or business to consider Caudill’s!

We are very happy with our Caudill's security system. We upgraded from SimpliSafe and it is miles better and surprisingly not that much more expensive considering all the extra benefits. One of the best parts is the service. Kevin has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to be sure we are getting the most out of our system. We sleep better knowing we have this security system.

Ben and Jordan ran a new outlet from the distribution panel to the first floor for an electric fireplace. They did a beautiful job with the outlet and conduit. Then they put in a new light fixture in the upstairs bathroom. Lovely work and great people to have around. Very patient answering questions and showing their work. Thanks so much guys!

They came here on Tuesday Sept.10, 2024. They sent a two men crew for one man job, to replace head of outside light. It did not take them long, 30 Min. They gave me a bill of $ 380.00 for labor of two men crew. Total bill $489.42.
I don't want to see them again ever.

On 9/13/24, Casey from Caudill's called me and offered me $100 to take down my review on Google. I told him to keep the money. They tried to con me and have overcharged me. Perhaps, they thought that this senior citizen will be an easy pushover by sending two men for a one-man job and charging me for both. I will never call them again.

P.S. Just saw my credit card balance online, and I have a refund of $190 from Caudill's that is pending.

Jared was great! He installed our TV very quickly and it looks terrific. He was very patient in showing us how the TV worked and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. Great job!

Joey came out and replaced an outdoor receptacle, capped off an exterior floodlight connection and replaced and rewired our garage door sensors. The availability and communication from the team was great! Joey was a pleasure to communicate and work with. I highly recommend Caudill’s Electric to anyone in the area. I’ll be using them solely for any future needs.

The apartment community I manage was in need of a large scale repair of our entrance lights. Caudill’s did a great job, Casey was easy to work with getting a quote and scheduling work. The guys that completed the repairs, Zach, Matt, and Ben, were also super nice and professional. Overall a great experience and would call them again if needed.

I have used Caudill's electric for 3 jobs now, the last one being a challenging troubleshooting of a residential circuit. The Technician, Franklin, called when he was on his way, arrived earlier than the appointment time, was polite and professional. He worked his tail off to find the problem, was willing to show the issue to me and how he made the repair. He also re-wired the endpoint using best practices that leave the job better than it was before it went bad.

Highly recommend Caudill's for consistently professional and high quality work.

Jared and Joey showed up early and fixed our circuit breaker problem quickly. Due to their professionalism, they also noted a few other minor issues in the breaker box and took care of those at the same time and then even helped me find a problem with a light switch and fix that also in seemingly no time at all. We have been long term Caudill clients, and it is obvious this is a company that passes the test to stay on a person's list of the only place to call when you need something done with electricity!! Glad you are there Caudill family!!

Kevin has worked with my husband and I for several months to prepare for moving into our new construction home. He visited with us many times to review our needs and offered detailed product and service information. Kevin let us know what to expect for the day of installation and promptly communicated the schedule and any changes.
Ethan and Robert installed our security system. They were professional and thorough. They tested the system and made sure that I understood how to use the equipment and where to look for troubleshooting if needed. 5 stars for this team and their customer service!

Ice caused a tree limb to rip the electric meter and wiring off of my home. They came out the same day I called. The service men where great. They fixed the issue and left absolutely no mess. I was pleased with the estimate I was given. I couldn't ask for better service. Now the inspector and Duke Power I'm not happy with.

Caudill's installed a new home security system for us. Kevin did a great job explaining the process and all the possibilities of the system. He also quoted a price we felt very reasonable. Our installer, Jared, did a very professional job getting everything installed and thoroughly explained the touch pad for setting up our phones with the app and the whole system.
We were very pleased with the entire experience would highly recommend them .
