First time I have utilized this company. Blown away at the excellent service provided. I called and immediately had a call back. I explained the situation and the owner Dave offered to come to my home the very same day. He ran a little later on his first job and texted me to tell me this. He then texted me again when he was on his way just like he said he would. He and another electrician quickly trouble shot the issue and resolved. I highly recommend this company. Good old fashioned customer service combined with outstanding quality work.

David did an excellent job for us, he got out to my home in a timely manner and gave me advise for the best option without charging an arm and a leg. Very reasonable pricing, I highly recommend! I will recommend him to my clients and use him again in the future! 5 stars!

I used this company for various electrical issues in my home. They were very punctual. The work was excellent and proficient. I had everything explained to me along the way. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and was charged a very fair price for it. I ended up paying slightly more than the original quote, by choice, because it was recommended that I needed one new outlet and so I chose to have one installed. Overall it was a great experience. I am very pleased that I chose IdolCo Electric Inc. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to take the time to think David and Cody for coming out to my home to check for fire hazards, code violations and any possible future problems I may have. The home was built in 1987 and this would be the first inspection that has taken place since. When researching to find an electrician there were many out there but only one stood out to me with five stars which I always go by. David immediately interacted with me by phone and through text message. He was straightforward and honest. He showed up on time and Cody who worked for him was also amazing. Very humble and polite. They stepped me through how to work the generator, looked over every aspect of my home and provided me in detail their concerns and what needed to be done. I did not feel forced with anything and was very happy with their findings. I'm definitely using them again in the future to correct certain issues. Today it's hard to find a good Electrician. And I'm telling you if you go with this company you will not go wrong. Trustworthy, there is a reason David owns a five-star company.

We used David after a small electrical fire in our kitchen outlet. He was a great communicator along the way, very professional and made sure to follow up even after his part of the job was done to ensure we got taken care of. Will absolutely use him again and highly recommend!

Unless you have an account at their location, they pretty much ignore you, And helping you seems more of a burden to them. Go to the branch on Fairlawn, peters Creek, or a king. They are great there

Called this location for a specific breaker, had an employee confirm over the phone that the one they had was exactly what I was looking for, employee confirmed. I drove an hour to this location. They did not have what I was looking for. This kind of thing is why we don't do business with CES any longer.

I would highly recommend CES in Kernersville. Went into the store this morning needing a capacitor for my HVAC unit. They did not have the one I needed, but the gentleman who assisted me attempted to locate a place that had one and offered other options. It would've been easy for him to just say they didn't have it and not help further. It's hard to find great customer service today and it really stands out when you receive it.

As a senior citizen and a female, who is not savvy on anything electrical, I can't say enough nice things about the entire staff at CES Kernersville. Every time I go in, they greet me, listen to me, and are very patient, and knowledgeable. I alway recommend CES, in Kernerville, NC.Thank you entire staff at City Electric Supply.

I can’t rate them for less. But I have been to different stores and the attention is friendly and cordial. But this store are stubborn workers. And the same manager doesn’t know how to deal with each order under pressure. I regret this experience. But I won’t use them again. I prefer to drive more time and get another store nearby.
