David is a very nice guy, but that doesn’t excuse the experience I had. We were referred to him, his team came out disconnected some wiring we needed out of the way for a remodel, and they did it quick and for a reasonable rate. I was satisfied.

That is until it came time to have it reconnected and moved as was originally discussed.

At first he did not respond to my texts. His voicemail is full, so there is no leaving a message. He finally did respond via text and was not sure when he could do the work. But he finally setup an appointment. Here’s where the problem lies, I understand staffing problems, I understand having too much work.....that’s fine. But do not schedule an appointment 3 weeks out, promise you’ll be there, and not show.

That’s exactly what happened, the worst part, had I not reached out for a confirmation of the appointment, he would have been a no show without any communication. After multiple texts asking for confirmation, he finally offered up an excuse that he was not able to get someone out to our property after setting up an appointment 3 weeks before hand. Completely unacceptable.

It gets worse. I was very understanding and cordial. I even called and explained that because it was his team that started the work I would prefer they finish it. I relayed that i was disappointed, but appreciated the original work, and hoped he could follow through. He said he would get back to me with a new time. I never heard back and he has not responded to my texts.

Being nice does not excuse unprofessional, and wasting over 3 weeks of my time. That is the only way to describe the 2nd half of my experience with them. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Had a circuit/outlet problem pop up around 3PM on a Friday. Called multiple local electricians, but IdolCo was the only one with crew technically available. They sent out two guys within a couple hours, who quickly and thoroughly assessed what was wrong, and opted to replace faulty outlet(s). Very straightforward, fast, and efficient (took about an hour). They answered any and every question we had. It was something we could have handled, but opted for a professional and have no regrets.

It was an easy experience with David and his helper. They were on time, courteous, and fixed my dryer connection in no time. I won’t hesitate to call them for future jobs. Thanks guys!

Have a glass stove top that had 2 other guys try to hook up and couldn't. Called David and he had it working within an hour! Great work, great prices! Will definitely call him again for any electrical work! Thanks David! 👍👍👍

David is the utmost professional. You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat their crew. It's obvious that he treats his crew with admiration and respect.

His work is stellar (he even took time out to educate me on LED light bulbs)!
He shows up when he says he will (something many subs don't do).

I needed a quick and professional electrician to fix our service cable line and several other minor repairs that came up on our home inspection. IdolCo was timely and very responsive. Thank you so much for acting quickly and taking of our inspection list to ensure we can close on time!!!

Highly recommended! David and his assistant did a great job. What at first seemed to be very easy turned out to be a little complicated. They worked through the complication and completed the task. They were very courteous and cleaned everything up after completing the work. The best thing is that even with the complications the price stayed the same.
I will definitely recommend them and hire them again for every electrical work.

I would like to thank David in wiring up my projector screen in my newly constructed Theater Room. David suggested the best mounting location for the low voltage swich and RF signal device. Dave and crew ran wires for a new tankless water heater I installed. He also put a transfer switch in for a generator at the same time. The communication and work was great. He was super easy to work with and was able to reschedule a couple times when I wasn’t able to be around for the originally scheduled work. I will definitely use him again in the future.
