Great service. Came out the same day after the big snowstorm. Diagnosed my issue quickly. Franklin was amazing and explained everything. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Caudill’s and I would highly recommend them. From the initial call to schedule a service until completion of the service, everyone was professional. My techs (Levi and Jacob) were courteous and explained the issue thoroughly. They patiently answered questions and corrected the problem efficiently and effectively.

Guzman and his group were great. We had an outlet fail the day before Thanksgiving, and our outdoor fridge—with the turkey inside—was on the line. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and did not leave until they had everything safely working again. Professional, friendly, and truly saved our holiday meal. Highly recommend!

I am very thankful for the professionalism of Jared and Matt and the quality of their work. I have used Caudill’s for the security system and camera installation at all 3 of the locations for my business. They always follow through on exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend them for home or business.

Jared and Matt were awesome. I got a new security system at my office. Their work was so good you can’t even tell they have been here. After they installed everything, they took the time to answer any questions I had for them. This is easily a five star service!

We had several light fixtures installed and some flickering issues checked. Joey and Tanner were great! Very professional. Showed up on time. Worked efficiently and effectively. Our new lights look and work beautifully. Joey was able to explain the problem with the flickering and checked everything to give me peace of mind that my relatively new home wiring is fine.

We are in the finishing stages of a kitchen remodel. Last minute, we discovered that three switches in our kitchen needed to be replaced. Getting these switches replaced was keeping our tile contractor from finishing our tile backsplash. I placed a call to Caudill's at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Franklin Guzman replied within 15 minutes. He was on site in less than 30 minutes. He had the repair completed within the hour. His sense of urgency, professionalism and out of the box thinking saved us time and money. Franklin is a true professional! We will be a Caudill's customer for life.

Caudill's was refreshingly professional, organized and efficient. Joey and Tanner did an amazing job installing our new hexagon lights. From start to finish, I would highly recommend Franklin and the whole team.

This guy is a total ripoff. He replaced (1) 20 amp GFI breaker and checked 2 outlets in the kitchen. He handed me a bill for $470 on his way out. Never will use him again. Buyer beware! He is a scammer! He will not show you his hourly rate or part prices on his invoice. Who does that? Scammers do!

Great electrician very experienced and quality work

I had Inman Electric come to check out my kitchen electricity before I installed new appliances.
He found some large issues with the current service and gave me a verbal estimate to fix it. When I received his written estimate it was almost twice what I was given when he was at the home.
I didn't call him back and won't. -
Todd installed an EV charger for me and did a great job, he showed up when he said he would and did quality work in a timely fashion.
-
Have been using Todd for several years, for example, installation of overhead light fixtures and smoke alarms and analysis of an electrical problem, Todd is highly skilled, professional, personable and prompt. Reasonable as well.
-
Todd gave the best price as well as the best service i have recieved from any electrician in the area. The work was done fast and with great care. I would happily recommended Iman Electric co. to anyone!

We spent $700 on some bad plugs and burnt circuit breakers, and Todd spent 5 hours fixing with close to $200 charges for parts. Our dishwasher then wasn’t working after he left. He came back the next day and charged us another $80 for labor and time. I was talking to him and then he directed to talk to my husband instead. Very degrading to a woman as I can stand on my own, very disrespectful!!
Highly not recommend.
Thank you for your apology, Todd, but I never yelled at you. As you noted you were the one getting upset. My husband never touched any breakers as I told him not to because we paid you and you were the last one to touch the breaker panel. Please allow me to fill in everyone fully with what really happened and let them make their own decision about hiring you.
What really happened is below in discussing with my husband.
We had a string of outlets that went out & needed an electrician to fix after we couldn't find the issue. We replaced 3 outlets & left one open since it seemed to be the issue. Todd did find the issue with another outlet but just clipped the brand new outlet & said he couldn't use it even though we just bought it at Lowe's the day before and it was connected. He snapped at me when I asked how it was going. He said when he was thinking he didn't like to be bothered. Then he looked at the breaker and said I need an arc fault breaker. Funny how before he recommended what I needed he commented about the private school my daughter attended and that parts were hard to get and getting expensive. I found everything he purchased at Lowes where he told me he went. He went to Lowe's twice for 2 different breakers. Then he said because I had a freezer plugged in an outlet in the garage that he needed to make it a separate circuit. Only put one plug when I wanted two plugs. When I got the bill, I figured it out. $198 for 2 breakers, 3 outlets, & 2 outlet covers plus $75/hr for him driving around & going to Lowe's. The pictures of the items & cost at Lowes is below. The total cost including tax would be $69.91. I was charged a 283% markup over cost plus $75/hr for driving to Lowes and getting the parts. Discussing other options for upgrading my breaker boxes were also $75/hr. He leaves and then my dishwasher doesn't work. He comes back in the morning. Takes the breaker panel off and then takes off the plate at the bottom of the dishwasher. Then says it is working. Charges me another $80 on top of everything else. I couldn't open the dishwasher after he left. I had to fix that myself. I wouldn't let him do work for us again. Very disrespectful and condescending when talking to you. He did work that I didn't really need and then charged 283% over cost for parts that were in good supply at Lowes. Then he hung around talking "on the clock". Please make your own decision. We learned the hard way with Todd just how unethical certain contractors are. As you can see from his reply, he likes to blame the customer and the weather.
Update:
The NC Electrical Board found that Mr. Iman violated electrical code by putting in the single circuit and single electrical outlet for our freezer. He is now required to either put in 2 GFCI outlets or 2 regular outlets with an arc fault circuit. This will be at his expense. -
The ceiling fan installation was done without error. That said get an estimate in writing for the work needed even if the electrician needs to survey the job. However, don’t let the survey turned into the job itself. During the survey I asked for an estimate two more times and the electrician said he would give me one. I never got an estimate and it is my error for not stopping the survey/job until I got the estimate. My reasoning was flawed to belive there would be a fair price without an estimate, I was unpleasantly surprised at the amount charged and advise all that read this not to be walked into a survey turning into a job.

Todd did a beautiful job putting canless recessed lights with a dimmer switch in our kitchen. He was so personable, efficient, and reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend Iman Electric for your electrical needs.

I have called on Inman Electric Co. twice and had professional experiences both times. I highly recommend Todd. Very honest, low priced and hardworking. A few years ago, I called Todd Inman about a power problem and he was nice enough to stop at my house on his way home. I didn't ask about the price or an estimate, I just let him check the issue. He switched out some things in the breaker box & it was fixed. Very low priced, I was impressed at his quick superior knowledge. If you are looking for an above excellence electric company don't look any further. Todd Inman Electric Co. Inc. is superior. Today, I had a power problem & called Todd because I remembered how honest he was in the past. I explained to him the issue & he honestly said that Duke Energy should check the outside first & if they found it was on their end it would save me money. That was sure a nice thing to say and it did save me my money. Duke Energy handled the problem, it was outside. Many thanks to Todd's honesty. He is so honest, nice and polite. It is hard to find really good people these days but I really know I've found one & will be using Todd Inman as my go to electrician. Thank You, Todd, I highly recommend you.

Great results for multiple projects at our house.

In the summer of 2012, your company was contracted to do electrical work at my property. During the remodeling process, an interior wall was removed that housed the light switch for the front porch. The wiring for this light was moved to another interior wall located in the same room.
It was recently discovered that this wiring was done incorrectly and never grounded. Due to the lack of inspection after the electrician’s work, outlets in the front room of the house and the front exterior of the house are not safe for 3-prong plugs. Luckily, this issue is being remedied through the expertise of a licensed electrician - and not this atrocious company. The experience I have received (yes, I understand it’s been 8 years) was just bad. For example, light fixtures were hung in the wrong room at the end of the remodel AFTER they had been placed in the room that they needed to be installed in AND the room’s name was written on the box in large lettering. When I advised the electrician of this, the individual fought with me and advised that he would not hang the fixtures in the rooms I had requested. I asked if he was the one living in this property. When the answer was no, I said correct, now correct the issue.
After moving into the property, there were issues with the wiring of the house. There were multiple phone calls made to your company due to breakers tripping. It was not uncommon to sit in my home office with no power, and the kitchen fully powered. I believe one phone call involved being talked down to by an employee at Kernersville Electric when I was called a Little Lady and told to make sure I flipped on the correct switch. I don’t take kindly to being talked down to. And the final involvement I had with Kernersville Electric involves when you came out to my property for the above-mentioned issue, opened the breaker box on the exterior of my house, and told me to call Duke Power - and still never addressing me as Miss or Ma’am, but Little Lady. Later that day, a representative from Duke Power was at my property to correct the issue at hand that day and I was sternly advised to never call Kernersville Electric back to my property.
And sadly, eight years later, I am having to correct your company’s substandard and unsafe work. But I will be able to sleep easier knowing that my house will not catch on fire or short out due to wiring that is not grounded. -
Great company to contract with. Richard will be fair and the most reasonable electrician in Kernersville.
