Scheduled a quote for our exterior door replacements. When they called to confirm the appointment they wanted to ensure my husband would be there. This wasn’t possible with our work schedules and they said it was a requirement for them. After explaining my husband didn’t care about the doors and we wouldn’t be making a financial decision at the time of the quote regardless, they wouldn’t proceed with the appointment…. I canceled the quote. This is typically a good red flag indicator of a pushy sales tactic. Beware

Top quality sales and service from Landon & Paulette. They made the process painless. Also, top quality crew who did an awesome job. They left the whole place cleaner than they found it !!

This was an amazing job, done with respect of the property. The crew was very professional and the cleaning up after the job was completed was great.

Great Experience! Worked with Chris and was able to start the process of getting the roof replaced. Materials were delivered a day early to my house and was able to complete very quickly. I am very pleased with the construction of my new roof by the Remodeling Company. Angel and his roofing team were exceptional. When the crew arrived they went right to work with Angel at the helm. It was amazing to watch this finely sync team in motion. Angel keep me informed with each phase of the removal and reassembling of the roof. During their lunch break Fernando, a representative of the Remodeling Company, stopped by to insure the project was progressing and to see if I had any questions. Once the roofing was completed the construction team cleaned up the yard and driveway making sure the area was free of roofing nails. I would highly recommend the Remodeling Company to my friends and family. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Remodeling Company lived up to their reputation as being a premire business. I had met with another company prior to meeting with them but I was sold when I met the consultant. Kevin was engaging, informative and very knowledgeable. I felt confident that this was the company to replace my roof. The professionalism that was shown throughout the entire process was remarkable. And even though I dropped the ball, they didnt let it phase them and continued to move forward with the project with grace and kindness.
On the day of the installation Paulette keep me well informed of the progress. She was on top of everything making sure that things were done in excellence. I was very pleased with the updates and the way she communicated with me either by phone or text. The finished product was beautiful and the work area around my home was left very clean. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing service that they provided.

Very pleased with the Remodeling Company. Their customer service was excellent. It is easy when things go well. True customer service is when things don’t go smoothly. Kevin and his team stayed with us throughout the entire process. The communication was transparent and timely. All our questions were answered.

The installation was one of the most professional we have ever experienced. They were here on time. They explained everything that they were doing each day and made sure we were happy at each step of the process. We got a high quality installation of a high quality roofing system. We could not be more pleased.

I have a no soliciting sign on my door and twice your company has rang my doorbell and knocked on my door in the past few days. I will never use your services and I will be reporting this to the Garner PD because you are trespassing on private property after being told to leave twice.

I used The Remodeling Company to have all of the siding replaced, siding and trim painted, and my crawlspace cleaned and encapsulated. Everyone I worked with from the owners (Kevin and Bob), to the guys who did the work were friendly, professional, and hard working. The house looks great and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

Update in response to owner never received a call or anything. He stated he should never taken the job then WHY DID YOU TAKE IT.? AGAIN WITH THE USELESS PROMISES. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. MAYBE THEY SHOULD PAY ME BACK FOR THE BOTCHED UP JOB INSTEAD OF USELESS COMMENTS AND EMPTY PROMISES.

I have had a terrible experience with them. If I could, I would give zero stars. This was over a year ago. I had my kitchen floor done and bathroom flooring done. I have had my kitchen floors done 2 times with fake promises. They did not even come back to look at the work that was finished or not. They ruined my kitchen countertop and flat out refused to replace. The work on my bathroom and kitchen was terrible work. There are areas still on my floor that are not even, and the flooring has broken. The person working on the floor kept complaining he wasn't getting paid. We had to give the guy gas money to come to work because he wasn't getting paid.

The bathroom flooring has bubbles where he did not smooth it out. The guy had his ex-wife, who was getting chemo at the time help. Kevin and Bob never kept their appointments. One time, they were at the end of the driveway and sat in his car, and he never came in. I watched him leave. He never called to cancel or let us know he needed to reschedule.
The paint job they did on baseboards is coming off. He added water to the paint because they were too cheap to buy more paint. Kevin and Bob made promises of incentives but never came through with them to make up for their mistakes and how we were treated. They forced us to sign the completed project paperwork as if the job was completed, stating the people can't get paid until we sign the paperwork. When they themselves never came to see if it was done correctly. They just quit showing up. The contractor took some of my husband's tools. I wish we would have called the police.

The salespeople keep coming around our neighborhood trying to get more gullible fools to get work done with them.They need to stop coming to our neighborhood. Please do not use them. They are terrible.please don't be gullible like we were and use them. The pictures below were taken today. One of the pictures is a nail that has come through the floor. We can't afford to fix their mistakes, and they knew it.

TRC was great!!! Hands down they walked me through the process of what I needed to do. Shawn kept me In the loop often. When I had concerns with what color to select, they gave me options of houses that were within a couple of miles for me to go and compare. They brought samples over and walked me through what the plan was from day one. Once it was installation day, the kept me posted throughout the process and even when the job was done.I got multiple text messages and photo updates throughout the day as the roof was coming off, the new ones were going on, the quality of the roof itself. They cleaned up everything. They spent time going through looking for extra nails and extra pieces of shingle or plastic that had come off. They were more than happy to help with any concerns or questions I had and always had a quick response. I’m very impressed with the quality of the new shingles compared to the older ones. There truly was a difference. While I hope I don’t need repair anytime soon, but if I do, I will use TRC. Hands-down, they made this a very simple process. From someone who was scared to move forward with replacing a very costly part of our home, this company went above and beyond to help me and I’m very pleased with the finished product!!

Everyone we have worked with at this company has been extremely professional and kind. We had never had a roof redone before and they not only explained every part of the process to us, but they made sure that we fully understood exactly what would happen and what we needed to do. They even came out when the inspector from our homeowners insurance company was there and made sure I understood everything the inspector was telling me. Our roof looks amazing (before and after photos included with this review). We've had a storm come through since the installation and can confirm, no leaks!

The whole process was professionally done. They showed up on time and the workmanship was great.

14 years of wind and hail did in my poorly installed roof in. The Remodeling Company crew, upgraded the underlayment and added Ice and water shield and installed 100 MPH shingles. All completed in just one day. The crew was professional and courteous and on time. The clean up was so complete, you couldn't tell the work was done till you saw the new roof. I recommend The Remodeling Company!

The Remodeling Company was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. They were professional and extremely helpful. We received constant communication and updates through the entire process. They did an amazing job on our roof and it looks amazing! Not to mention they cleaned up so fast and made sure there were no nails left behind!

i will start from saying that this team exceed my expectation in almost every aspect, first and foremost the communication was outstanding, at the beginning with Kevin and Bob and through the entire project with Fernando which managed it and did outstanding job in making sure things going pair my expectation.

Fernando was physically here almost everyday for almost 4 weeks making sure I'm happy with the crew work being done and addressing all of my concerns every step of the way, which gave me a good confident at the work being done.

overall I'm one of those type of people that very hard to please or impress and honesty i did many projects in the past which showed me it is very hard to find a reliable and quality team, so I'm super happy to write this review which is well deserved.

to sum up, I'm highly recommending this company, if i could give 10/10 i would give that as well.
