The Remodeling Company is a scam. I had my initial appointment with Brian. He was incredibly helpful, especially while spending money with their company. As an aside, this company is hugely overpriced, but I went with them because of their supposed reputation. Once I signed the contract, Bob who is part owner of this company, took over my job. I must have called and emailed Bob a good 20 times with no response. Very unprofessional. Also, the work is contracted out so it isn’t even their company that does the work. I had 6 double hung windows, a sliding glass door, and a fence installed. Three out of six of my windows don’t keep the moisture out and the fence is a freaking disaster. Since the workers were not supervised, they did such a unprofessional job. When they were “done” with my fence, they left all the price tags on all of the wooden planks in the fence and never removed them, the gate doesn’t work properly, there were nails sticking out, and there is a section that is not straight. I should not have to tell the workers that I don’t want nails sticking out of my fence; they used the wrong length for their nails. I had to have the company come back and shave down and smooth out all nails that went through the fence. They had to come back twice. Lastly, for three weeks this company left their extra materials at my house as if I had a place to store them. I had no point of contact to communicate my concerns above because I was never given one. The only thing this company is good for is accepting your payment. I am hugely dissatisfied and will NEVER recommend or use the Remodeling Company in the future.

We met with the Salesman/Project Manager, Jose, at the end of January. Nice man. Very helpful. Knowledgeable about their products & offerings.

Signed a contract for siding/gutters/trim/sofit & chimney cap. Jose gave us his Project Manager business card and said to contact him if we needed anything.

Then Jose basically disappeared. I contacted him a couple times. Initially, he responded, but it took a week or so. He finally stopped responding and I had to contact the main office.

In mid-February we found out that the siding was back-ordered. I wish TRC had contacted us to let us know instead of having to keep calling for status updates.

The main office was always helpful. Nice folks. Always able to answer my questions or get me the information I needed.

Work crew arrived on Apr 22nd with the on-site foreman, Fernando.

Fernando was great. He was at the house almost everyday and always checked in with us at the end of the day to see if we had any questions. Fernando was genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Fernando was quick to get any issues resolved.

The job was 95% complete within a week.

I had nag & push a bit to get chimney cap replaced as per the contract, otherwise I think it would not have been done.

TRC contracted to Mr. Smokestack for the chimney cap. It took another couple of weeks before that was installed.

During those two weeks I was concerned about the chimney cap leaking. Fernando offered to have a tarp put over the top of the chimney to keep the rain off.

The work crew members were efficient, friendly, respectful of the property and as helpful as possible.

Our yard was cleaned-up satisfactorily after the completion of the repairs.

Pros:
- Good overall work.
- Fernando!!! Having him on-site most days was really important to us. Having our concerns heard and the work reviewed on an almost daily basis kept us happy.

Cons:
- Poor Communication. Keep your customers up-to-date. Ensure them you've not run off with their money.

I really like my deck, I had been thinking about getting it for quite a while and kept putting it off. It's nice, I can go out my bedroom and go around and go into the living room. The walkway between the two decks is wide enough for a walker or a wheelchair, which is nice. I've had a couple people say that whoever did it did a really good job and it looks really nice so I'm really pleased. My experience working with The Remodeling Company was great. My prior deck was bad and wasn't safe so it needed to be done. I'm glad to have done it with TRC.

From start to finish the Remodeling company were professional and efficient. HaShaun did a wonderful presentation and saw our vision. Bob and his crew did a fantastic job on my front porch. Kyle and especially Ponce, worked diligently to give us a beautiful space to enjoy.

My experience with the Remodeling Company was outstanding. I really like the product, I got my windows done. I am really looking forward to being able to do the rest of my house with them. Joel was very nice and polite.

His meticulous attention to detail and the adjustments made to the original contract were crucial for our progress. Our project leader, Fernando, along with his diligent team, consistently arrived early and received detailed instructions for each task. Their friendly demeanor and commitment to completing the job met our expectations at the highest level. Initially, we were quite skeptical about the project's costs, even after applying the Veteran Friendly discount. However, the adjustments to the contract led to an outstanding result. The enhanced appearance and functionality of our home have proven to be our best investment. It is always very nice when contractors arrive on time and the job is completed on schedule. But what is even more satisfying is when the work is completed better than you could have imagined. I would highly recommend The Remodeling Company and the best review I can give is I will use them for our next project. I would be remiss not to mention the particular great experience my wife and I had with The Remodeling Company’s sales associate Camie and office staff, no pressure sale, knowledge, patient, and down right knew her stuff.

I had my roof replaced by TRC. Everyone from my salesman, Joel to the office staff, Jessica, Alyssa and Vickie to my install team, Angel and Fernando did an outstanding job!! Vickie even took calls from me when she wasn't at work, even on her birthday. Everyone addressed my concerns in a timely manner. They made me feel heard and validated. The install team was on time and did an outstanding job with the removal and clean up of my old roofing material and did an excellent job on the installation of the new shingles. Thanks TRC for restoring my roof and really caring about my home.
