The cleaning service came to give me a quote for upholstery cleaning but despite giving me their best price I couldn't accept it because it was out of my budget. It is not the same price that Groupon gives you

Scam. Purchased on Groupon. Changed the terms after arriving and wanted to charge me an extra $1700. Then they lied to Groupon and said service was complete.

The man who came to give me a quote had no identification, uniform, or anything to show he was with a company. He did not introduce himself and just barged into my home without a word when I opened the door. I literally had to ask “Are you the duct cleaner?” because he didn’t say anything.

I only wanted a quote today so I could compare with other companies. The manager who called after the tech left was super pushy about getting the job done today. This was 5-10 minutes after he left. He said, “The cleaner is still there and he can get the job done quickly.” When I finally stated that if the tech was still there he needed to get off my property, the manager hung up on me.

I would not recommend this company or be comfortable having them in my home.

I’ve found a phenomenal carpet clean services through Duct guys that have the best deals. I spoke with Brent that walk me through the process, he showed me what he was able to do in a quickest amount of time. I was pleased with my results and recommend anyone who wants their carpet to be brand New.

Brent did a wonderful job. He was very thorough. He did an inspection prior to the service to let us know the price upfront and they held true to their word. The service was high quality and professional. I would recommend if you are looking for dryer vent or air duct cleaning.

We have a 13 year old heat pump that I feel like is on it's last legs. Tom and his guys have been patching it for several years now and it still runs like a champ even through the toughest winters we can get. At every appointment they've been on time and always professional.

A/C went out out last night I so called Tom at North Davidson Heating and Air this morning. He had technicians at my house at 5:45 pm and then he personally arrived shortly to assist because it is an old system with challenges. Tom and his crew left at 7:00 and we had cool air blowing. I HIGHLY recommend ND Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

Of course my 18 year HVAC unit decided to die during one of the hottest weeks of the year. When the team of ND Services came out I expected them to tell me there was nothing they could do. They gave me a variety of options for my unit from repairs to replacement. Once I decided to replace Tom and his team began searching for a unit even it was after hours. They were able to find one and install THE NEXT DAY! I cannot begin to thank Tom and his team for their professionalism and hard work. If you need HVAC work done I can think of no one better than North Davidson Services.

Excellent people to get to work on your needs. I purchased my ac unit from another company few years ago. Been having issues few months in. They kept coming out and never could get my problem fixed. They just kept trying to sale me items for the ac. Finally called another company and they said needed new evaporator core. Said it was leaking Freon and needs to be replaced. Quoted me a ridiculous amount for labor, even though the part was still under warranty. Decided to call ND Air and boy glad I did. He did an inspection and found the leak as well. He said no need to replace the coil, because leak is in the weld of the line. He welded the leak and filed unit back up with Freon. He said it still needed a little more Freon, but had to come back due to him using all the Freon he had on the truck. I didn't have to pay, he said I just pay when he returns to fill with Freon. This has been by far the best people I ever dealt with for my ac. Wished I used them from the get go.

I ask him only to send someone to diagnose the problem. The technician came. He put a Freon Which is gone in one day because there was a leak and I have to pay for $220 extra. I complain about that because they supposed to put nitrogen to check the leak not a Freon and I got no response and this is not the only bad experience I have with them so be careful they sent unprofessional technician.

One of the few heating and air companies that actually fix your problem rather than upsell you a new unit. Just nice to have a truly honest company come perform work at my house.
