excellent service, knowledge, and great pricing. they installed 2 mini splits at a very affordable price. both units had problems and both got repaired asap under warranty. we will use them again when needed. good people to deal with and no pushy salesman trying to upsell

Feels as if they pick and choose who they help. Hardly ever answer calls an not the best at communication. You may wait days on a response or call back that’s if you ever get one. I understand it’s a busy season for this particular business but some communication is better than NO communication.

Called at 8am, tech called at 11:30 and was on the way and he had it fixed in 15 min and was gone. Fast and great service.

David Kinley does an excellent job with heating and air services. He came and got my air conditioner up and running. It feels cool as an ice cube in here. He was very professional as was Jesse. They were very thorough and checked everything and made sure my air-conditioning unit back up and was running correctly. Setting up an appointment was very easy. I left my name and number, and they called back within the hour and set up a service appointment. I was very very pleased with my service! They are very professional and I definitely recommend them

They came here 5 times in 4 weeks. Still using emergency heat. My light bill skyrocket. And still waiting to be fixed. Not a good experience with them at all. Replaced compressor, couldn't solder the lines. Came to solder. Now they need another part. About to be 5 weeks later Still not fixed.

Tanner at Saving Grace HVAC services, repaired the heat pump in my parents house. He did it for a better price than any other company who quoted the job, and I haven’t had any problems out of it since (that was 5 years ago). I wouldn’t trust ANY OTHER COMPANY, with my family’s HVAC needs!!

My parents AC system gave out on Mother's day and we ended up going with a big name business to come out that day (no one else could) to take a look. They ended up paying over 300$ for them to come out and cool off the compressor and not give them a definitive answer just a bunch of maybes and that they needed to get the entire AC unit replaced. They offered a "possible" bandaid fix by offering to add over 600$ worth of refrigerant or just scheduling to get a new system for 10K. My coworker recommended Tanner and I called him that Monday afternoon and he still made time to come out to them even after he had a booked up day. He was able to get the AC back up and running for a lesser price than that other business and quoted them for a replacement system at a lesser price as well. Thank you so much Tanner!

Tanner did a fantastic job getting my A/C up and running over a Holiday (90+ degrees) Weekend. His fees were reasonable.He came in and went right to work. I cannot thank him enough for going the extra miles for me. He knows his business!! His receipt included total description and photographs of the job. We were having an issue and our unit wasn't working. These were able to come out next day and diagnose the issue, give a good quote, and took care of business. Tanner and Austin were very knowledgeable and professional. If you have an older unit that needs service or replaced, these are the guys to call. Great communication and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They came to service my unit and kept it about that.
