I called and left a message on a Sunday morning. He called me back and scheduled a time to come out the next day - Monday morning! He was prompt, diagnosed the issue, seemed honest and charged me a fair price. He fixed the issue and told me I'd need a new unit soon :(. It is the middle of July and my home is beautifully cool and comfortable. When I finally replace the unit, I will call this company again. Thanks.

Our AC went out on a Friday around 3. Brian was out of town so he had his brother (David) come out to check the unit for us. It was going to be very expensive to fix a 12 year old unit. Brian gave us a couple of options to think about. We went with a new unit and was up and going on Monday around 2 o'clock. Brian and David are very honest people and will work hard to make you happy. Our air went out overnight and we called early morning and there was...not a tech, but the owner here within the hour. Fixed our problem within an hour and was the most pleasant person we have ever used. This is the company to call!! Very reasonably priced too...win/win!

Mr. Cash is super friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly fair. I called him around 6:00 pm and he was at my house by 7:00 to diagnose and repair my air unit. The price was 100% fair and he is just an all around good person who made the experience of repairing an air unit as positive as possible and took care of my unit. I would recommend him very highly and will call him anytime I have an issue in the future.

Brian worked around our schedule to diagnose why our AC wasn't working as well as it should have been. He was prompt, courteous & charged a fair price. We will definitely use Cash's again in the future and have already been recommending to all our friends and family.

Mr. Cash is great to do business with; straight forward and fair prices. He stands behind his work and tries to do the best by you, giving you honest appraisals of what the issues and some options rather than jumping straight to replacement. I did end up having to do a full replacement of my 25 year old system and I'm beyond happy with the new units that have 10 year warranties on parts, a 1 year warranty on labor and all for a lower amount than I expected to pay! Brian and his wife Katy were super nice people to work with. Called Brian on Monday for a price and called Wednesday to tell him to install the unit. The unit was in and cooling around 1:00 pm on Thursday. In 100° heat index, that to me is outstanding service. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks for the great service !!

Excellent experience! Brian helps manage both our home system and our business system. I don't think we've ever waited for assistance when we need it. He's always willing to help and fees are quite reasonable! Plus, he's just an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend Brian Cash!

Brian and David were our two professionals who responded today, and they were excellent. They didn't mind our many questions and answered them respectfully and with a sense of kindness that was refreshing in the A.C. repair business. My wife and I had always used family "friends" to help us with our repair needs, but these people not only beat any price we have ever been told, but they treated our small problem with the same amount of care as they would have with a large problem. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all our future needs.

We love Cash’s! Grateful he has serviced our house for years. We have had emergencies with a pipe burst on one and he responded quickly and repaired it. Had an AC unit go out in the summer and he evaluated it quickly. Had to get a new unit and furnace due to age of unit and it was installed seamlessly!

Called TaylorAir when our a/c stopped working in the hottest day of the year so far. They scheduled an appointment in our window of time we could be there. They send you text to remind you and show up on time. The servicemen are very kind and polite. The repair cost less than the initial estimate. This is my second time to use them and plan to never call anyone else.

Called set up appointment, very easy, had a call back said they will be able to move appointment up from a 4pm to a 8am time. Service guy came on time of appointment and trouble shooted the unit both outside and one under home. Found the issues very fast within the first 30mins, repaired and replaced bad parts. Back up and going within a hour of his arrival. Great service guy, knew what he was doing and had all the parts to complete the job. Will use Taylored Air again in the future if and when needed. The service guys were great. Very professional, very fast and thorough, cleaned up afterwards. They were very considerate of our son’s sensory issues. Taylor was very professional, he definitely looks out for veterans. I’d not only recommend Taylored Air to others, but I will be a long term customer.

Great experience! My heat/AC was fixed the same day I called! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me and discussed prices before he fixed the problem. He was finished within an hour, everything works great now and I have no complaints at all. I will definitely be using this company again the next time I have heat/AC issues.
