Jay of Precision installed a Run Tru heating and cooling system and it has operated Great! I waited to write this review so that I could give a complete assessment of the job and performance.  This company was a very seasoned professional team. They arrived on time and completed neatly by the stated time. Absolutely no problems were encountered! The unit has worked perfectly.  The only con was pricing, out of the 4 estimates Precision was priced mid high. However,  I would only use their services for my heating and cooling needs.

Got me an appointment right away, arrived right on time , and they were super friendly and efficient! Excellent communication and customer service! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to all my friends and family!

I have an AHS Contract..my heating system stopped working..within 36hrs of the time I contacted AHS..Precise Conditions came, ordered parts and installed them, even changing out my 3 Air Filters as they are in my ceiling! I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them again for my HVAC and AC!

Replace heat pump inside and out. The install crew showed up on time. Very courteous. Very respectful of my house and picked up any trash and left no mess. The quality of workmanship was excellent. They appeared to know exactly what they were doing. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone needing ac/ heating work.

I want to give a huge thank you to Rodger and his team at precise conditions for coming out so quickly to install a new HVAC unit under the house and outside after ours went out. Rodger went above and beyond by removing the old unit to let me take care of some structural repairs That weren’t accessible otherwise. Once I finished, they came back the very next day and got everything installed and running smoothly.

Repeat excellent service! Had a recall on a part, our home warranty sadly(initially )sent out Comfort First who had been making us wait three weeks for sensor that Precise already had on the truck. Jay went above and beyond to communicate with our home warranty company to intercept the dispatch order, then Roger came out sooner than expected. He had us fixed with a heated house in less than an hour. (Whereas Comfort First had us waiting three weeks!) Jay and Roger are an excellent team who provide quick, professional service and are a great asset to our community!
