What a blessing! I came home from vacation with a hot house! My friend recommended Jay and he was able to come by and within 30 minutes I was cooling down! Best company ever.

Jay arrived on time and quickly knew what the problem was with my hvac. He was able to co firm it with tests. Once he located the part (everyone was out of stock, not his fault), Jay returned and got the unit working properly. Very satisfied with his work.

Our AC went out today - I didn’t realize it wasn’t working until after 5pm, by that point it was 81* in our house. Roger showed up, after hours, and worked diligently trying to repair our unit so we could sleep in comfort tonight. Thankfully, he got her working again and we are on the downside of the thermostat! So so so thankful for Roger being willing to come out after hours to help us. 100000% would recommend this company and their techs! He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and a true life saver today!!

Was referred to Precise Conditions by co-worker.
When I called to set up a service appt, I spoke with Jay. He diagnosed my problem over the phone.
Jay was actually a few min early on-site to his appt w/ me. He introduced himself, he was attentive, courteous, we revisited conversation from yest regarding the prob at hand.
The resolution was just what Jay proposed that it was. Problem resolved within 30 mins. He provided suggestions for treating this issue should it arise again, and preventive maintenance.
I will be using Precise Conditions again going forward.

Jay came out and fixed our AC while observing him work I noticed how much attention to detail he is when working. While taking he said he has been doing it for 20 years and I could tell as he was in and out in 15 mins and had the unit working!

Roger was excellent at his job. He had my AC going in 15 minutes. Very polite, very respectful and will definitely use them from now on.
