They went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. The installers, AJ and Josh, were not only professional, they were very respectful of our home and property. The install took a bit longer than expected due to a few setbacks, at no fault of the company or installers, but they kept at it until everything was in perfect working order. I would give 100 stars for this company if possible!! Lindsey was super professional and communicated promptly when I initially called in! After not even receiving a call back from the first two companies I called, she quoted me a time of about two hours. Matt called about five minutes after I got off with her and was at my house in TEN MINUTES!!! Not only was he professional and courteous, he diagnosed my issue, quoted me a price and had my heat working in less than 30 minutes!! They are now my go to's when I need anything HVAC and who I will be recommending to everyone!!:

Tyler and Jake were the techs that arrived as scheduled. They worked diligently to remove the old furnace and heat pump, replace them with new, state of the art systems all while updating us and answering any questions.
Both gentlemen were very professional, personable, efficient, and I will recommend My A/C Guy and Jake and Tyler to everyone.

I manage commercial building maintenance and repair across the east coast and can say without reservation, this was an impeccable experience! My a/c guy stayed with this installation and completed it in one day! A fair and honest price and cut no corners. Honestly I was shocked, because he gave me a discount, I expected to come in and see a new plenum fabricated out of insulation board which rots in time. As you will see in the photos, they made it out of galvanized steel which will last years longer!! No corners cut, high quality Ruud equipment, not the cheapest, and an impeccable installation! Thank You, I will suggest My A/C Guy to anyone needing replacement a/c and furnace!

We had our systems replace by My A/C Guy recently and the customer service we have received has been phenomenal. We had a couple small issues after everything was installed and they were quick to have someone come out and address the issues. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I don’t remember the names of everyone that was here for the install but Jake and Jarot have been excellent to work with! This team does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and courteous while coming in our home. We cannot thank you guys enough!

Matt( the owner) came out on a Sunday to help us choose a new HVAC system to replace our 18 year old unit. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He and his team had us up and running in no time. They did a fantastic job with the install , they were neat and courteous and we couldn’t be happier Shoutout to the installers,Tyler and Jake and my favorite service tech, Jarrett.

Jarot and Houston were our technicians. They were so professional, proficient and personable. They checked our whole system and diagnosed the problem was the thermostat. They installed a new one and everything is working as it should. They taught me about our system (which is 20 years old) and how it works. I am totally impressed with them and the company. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Roger came out within 24 hours of receiving the service request for an A/C until not keeping the house cool. He was super nice and didn't delay in any of his responses or with my questions. He was on-time and was able to fix the issue the same day.

I have a Home Warranty service that utilizes this company. They have been out to service our AC unit twice- once for repair and once for replacement. I was pleased with their service both times.
In fact we went several weeks in the hottest part of summer without ac because I wanted this company back and not the one the Home Warranty originally wanted to send! I felt very strongly that I needed a company that I felt was reliable and trustworthy. And they are it. This company was knowledgeable and familiar with our Home Warranty plan, they were efficient and had to make multiple calls to our Home Warranty to get things rolling and frankly the technician (Roger) who came out both time was so incredibly nice. I highly recommend this company for your AC needs. There is a reason this company receives all 5 star reviews!

Precise Conditions Heating and Air Conditioning was very quick and responsive to getting my air conditioner up and running again. Jay did good work and was even able to order parts and install them on the same day. Great service!

Awesome friendly service! We had a problem with our thermostat cutting off and thought it was just a simple battery change but Roger found out it was a bigger issue and the unit was tripping because of a drainage issue. He diagnosed the problem very quick and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of other stuff we didn’t need. Would 10/10 recommend these guys anytime.

Hands down the best HVAC company I have ever used. Our AC was at the end of its life (after 20years) and we wanted to get it replaced before it completely died on us. Roger was super helpful with getting a quote to us very quickly that was much lower than the other companies I had checked with. Got us on the schedule very fast and arrived right at 8am when scheduled. Very professional group that showed up to do the install. Got a new 3 tonne Trane AC and Furnace unit that we are very happy with. 10/10 highly recommend.
