They came out and replaced the ac unit as well as hot water heater. Did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone.

I decided to have my 10 year old A/C unit checked for its performance. I normally keep the outside and inside units cleaned and a visual inspection. I thought maybe my unit was low on refrigeration because it has been working harder to cool more than last year. Jarot was my service tech. He had read the notes but wanted me to explain what was going on. After listening to me, he got to work checking all components, pressures, amps, wiring, and much more. He explained what he was doing at each segment of his work. He took pictures of the inside and outside units for documentation with model names and numbers for future reference, which impressed me. Overall, my units were performing at specs and did not need any additional work. During his inspection of my crawl space, he noted I may wish to repair a small section of some insulation that was missing where my ductwork was. I asked him about their yearly maintenance twice a year and took advantage of the reasonable price, which I did not have to pay for a service call. Now they can clean and inspect twice a year instead of me. I know this is a lot of information, but I have found a new heating and air homegrown business. Stay away from box big companies. The gentlemen who came and installed my new air condition, were very professional, kind, and accommodating. My new AC and concrete pad installed are impressive. Working great, so far! Would recommend! Great communication and even installed 2 days prior to schedules installation date....

My husband and I were so very pleased with the service we received from "My A/C Guy Heating and Cooling" . The technician that came to our house was Jarot. He was such a kind and pleasant young man and acted very professional. He made sure we understood what he found wrong, was able to replace the part and get the system up and running in about 15 mins and at a very fair price. He explained the annual warranty program they offered and said that if we decided to learn more about the warranty program, to give him a call. There was no pushy sales pitch. If you find you need a heating and or air conditioning company, give "My A/C Guy" a call, you won't be disappointed.

Hendrick, Dillon, AJ, Jake, and Matt did a great job replacing our outside HVAC and evap coil. Took their time and made sure installation went smooth. Highly recommend their services. Thank you guys!

Matt was quick to come out and got us a quote on our AC install before even leaving. He did everything he could to stay within our budget. Communication through the whole process was great. Jake and AJ were the main guys on the install and did amazing. They worked with me around our son’s nap schedule, kept me up to speed on everything that was going on. Everybody was super nice. Definitely a good honest family friendly company.

Houston and Jarot did a great job repairing bad solder joints and refilling my system with refrigerant. AC working like it should again. Thanks yall.

Jarot came this morning (7/31/2025) to check our A/C. I'd recommend his work to anyone. He's very personable and kept me informed of everything he encountered while trying to resolve a drainage issue. I like that he takes pictures to show the customer of the equipment/pipes, etc. It gives the customer a visual understanding of what the technician see, especially when the work includes going into dark crawl spaces.

Our air condition was not working correctly. We had to cut it off and open the windows. I called and spoke with Whitney she got me scheduled for the next morning. Jarot came in first thing with great customer service. Went right to work to find the issue and he found it. He told us what he was doing and explained everything. He was awesome and professional. I am so glad we called them and I recommend My A/C Guy Heating & Cooling to anyone with air issues.

After our HVAC unexpectedly stopped working, I googled A/C repairman in the area and the reviews were fantastic for My A/C Guy. I decided to call and from the first contact everyone was so nice and professional and better yet, Jarot, our technician, was at our house within 3 hours of calling and the prices were very reasonable! If you need a repair company, look no further!!! My A/C Guy for the absolute win!

I recently had my a/c unit looked at from one of the technicians from My A/C guy. Jarot was absolutely amazing. He had a lot of knowledge, and demonstrated very good customer service. I'm a first time homeowner, and I was terrified about being taken advantage of, but Jarot really put my nerves at ease. He also went above and beyond with answering all the different questions that I kept asking him while he was diagnosing the issue within my unit. In my opinion, Jarot is working for a decent reputable business, that I would highly recommend, and definitely use again if I have any further problems with my unit.

Hendricks, the technician that came out to our home really knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. Even though he inherited another horrible technicians work from [CALL DAD] Hendricks fixed everything cleaned up the other guys mistakes and probably prevented our home from burning down in the near future. Very thankful we called My AC GUY will use again in the future for all our HVAC needs. They are also Veteran friendly.

We had a full ac replacement, the guys were here all day and made sure everything was done correctly. A.J., Dylan, Hedrick and Matt were all so very friendly and helped me in every way they possible could throughout the entire process making the process understandable an as easy as possible. I really appreciate all of them. You guys hand picked a great team. Thank you again
