Taylor Air LLC came to our rescue this summer! When the AC unit for Fausto Coffee died the week before the 4th of July and temps were rising, it took just call to Taylor Air to have an in person visit and quote. Within a week we had a new AC unit installed and we’re back to business as usual.
We will call Taylor Reed for our future HVAC needs as we found them to be fast, punctual, efficient. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

When it got warm we cut the AC on and it was blowing hot air, Taylored Air came out and determined that the thermostat that my husband replaced in the winter was not programmed correctly. Chase programmed it, checked out the unit and we now have AC. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The technician was able to arrive earlier than expected, which I was appreciative of. He was very knowledgeable about my system. He completed a very thorough maintenance, and he explained everything that he was going to do.
I also signed up for a maintenance program for next year at a great price!

Look to be real Jesus was the technician that came out to diagnose the issue. He knocked it out of the park with professionalism and although the news wasn’t good he presented it in a digestible way and laid my options out throughly. Worst part of the interaction was he had a car salesman handshake. 5/5 would recommend.

I called Taylored Air around 9:00 Am on a Tuesday Morning. The lady who answered my call was very polite and made my appointment that afternoon. Matt and Chase were the two technicians who came to the house. They were very professional and did a great job in fixing my A/C. I highly recommend Taylored Air.

Taylor came to my home to give me an estimate for new HVAC system. I was given several fair estimates.He was able to install my system without hardly any wait. The install crew who came to my house were polite, friendly and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Call Taylored Air at 8am on a Monday -was at the house by 12pm the same day to assess the issue. Replaced the part and called the A/C company to check on warranty. Chase was my technician and he was friendly, explained the issue, was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Chase shared and showed pictures of my AC problem. He explained in detail what he would do to repair my system. He worked in a timely manner and also arrived on time. I didn’t have to guess when nor what time in the future he would arrive. Very pleasant personality too, even though I had several questions..

Scheduling work is simple with their online app. Complete install of the system took from 8:30am until 2:30pm. New duct work, exterior unit, control box and removal of furnace inside. Great work by all the Taylored Air guys... on time, clean, on point and first class service. Highly recommended.
